Hi sir I want to know if some one facing back pain problem from last 10 years so how he get relive from that.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

If the tooth breaks, have the tooth contoured. Fill the crack in. Place a crown on your tooth. If the tooth has been badly damaged and the nerve or pulp is exposed, the dentist may have to perform a root canal to save the tooth. If the tooth has been severely damaged, it may have to be extracted.

I am in boxing since 4 years and we usually get injured in the bouts. And recently 15 days back I had played a match and I got slightly pain in my jaw. I thought its normal and I didn't focus on it. As the time is passing the pain is increasing day by day I cannot open my mouth completely and I can feel pain while chewing. Hai lybrate-user The boxers are at maximum risk of temporomandibular joint injuries. With your symptomps above I suspect a temporomandibular disc derangement. U should change your diet mangement. 1- firstly you should take luke-warm water with lemon in early morning. 2- breakfast is heavy but avoid (puri, paratha, cheese, butter) take brown bread, with one glass of skimmed milk. 3- take snacks 2hr after taking breakfast (u should take one cup of green tea with one fruit). 4- take light lunch (but you should take 2roti, with one bowl green vegitable and pluses). 5- take fruite in snacks. 6- after some time take one cup of green tea. 7- take dinner more lighter than lunch, you should take 1roti, with vegitable (green) with salad. 8- after 10 min of dinner take green tea. 9- take dinner before 9 pm. Walk slowly atleast 15 min after dinner. 10- you will see changes in 6-10 days. If any query let me know.

Gas problem is mostly due to wrong food habits. To get rid of this dietary modification are always better & give long term relief. Include fruits, green veg. Whole grains in your diet, eat small, frequent meals (4-5 times a day), avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks/tea/coffee. Increase intake high fibre diet. Take light dinner. Drink plenty of water, go for walk/do light exercise. Take care & update. If problem persist, consult gastroenterologist /physician.

Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

Hello, if your daily diet lacks in minerals, it can help. Remember, it has 80-85 calories per serving. It is safe to have one small glass of wine everyday for someone above 30 years of age, who is used to drinking wine regularly. For your age, 3 glasses a week are more than enough.

hello for PMS you need to do some exercise like walking or stretching and yoga aasans for 25 mins at least 5 days a week. avoid processed foods, maida, carbonated drinks. include salad vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, carrot, onion, tomato, fruits like papaya, apple, sprouts. take small n regular meals. drink plenty of water take green tea 3-4 times a day. thank u

Acne happens mostly to everybody and generally it occurs when a. Person attains adolescence.
