I have puss like substance in my chest (nipple. Is this dangerous symptom. Once a doctor clear the puss but it grows again.

As that pus recollects there that means inside there still infection persist so next time you go for draining the pus ask there to clean it properly n take a good antibiotics cover and take care of the wound that it will not grow infection again.

Got your pain really dry cough tortures a lot. As you shared cough since 2 weeks it need to screen by X ray for any other possibilities. Ayurveda really have amazing outcome but till you consult have Almond oil 10 ml at bed n early morning Apply Till oil on chest it soon the same take care.

One of the main reasons for difficulty to pronounce is fear and anxiety. Reduce your speed of speech for now, thus the pronouncing difficulty would decrease and fluency of your speech would become better. When fluency of speech reaches normal, then you gradually increase speed of speech, thus the overall speech can become as original. Because stress and anxiety increases difficulty of speech, you should also do transcendental meditation. How meditation affects health? it has been scientifically proved that meditation not only helps the mind but also body because controlled mind and purification of consciousness leads to better lifestyle and improved habits of food, sleep etc which in turn leads to better overall health. Most diseases have their roots in uncontrolled mind and impure consciousness. We generally use the word 'stress' when we feel that everything becomes too much to handle - we are overloaded and wonder whether we can cope with the pressures placed upon us. Nowadays stress is a normal part of life. Almost everyone has some sort of stress. Constantly reacting to stressful situations without making adjustments to counter the effects, threatens our health and well-being. There are steps you can help you managing day to day stressful conditions and take to feel better. 1.Be realistic: If you feel overwhelmed by some activities (yours and/or your family's), learn to say NO! Eliminate an activity that is not absolutely necessary. You may be taking on more responsibility than you can or should handle. If you meet resistance, give reasons why you're making the changes. Be willing to listen to other's suggestions and be ready to compromise. 2.Shed the 'superman/superwoman' urge: No one is perfect, so don't expect perfection from yourself or others. Ask yourself, 'What really needs to be done? How much can I do? Is the deadline realistic? What adjustments can I make? Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it. 3.Take one thing at a time: For people under tension or stress, their day-to-day workload can sometimes seem unbearable. The best way to cope with this feeling of being overwhelmed is to take one task at a time. Make a list of things you need to get done and start with one task. Once you accomplish that task, choose the next one. The positive feeling of 'checking off' tasks is very satisfying. It will motivate you to keep going. 4.Share your feelings: A conversation with a friend lets you know that you are not the only one having a bad day. Stay in touch with friends and family. Ask them how they have dealt with a similar situation that may be 'stressing you out. Let them provide love, support and guidance. Don't try to cope alone. 5.Be flexible: If you find you're meeting constant opposition in either your personal or professional life, rethink your position or strategy. Arguing only intensifies stressful feelings. Make allowances for other's opinions and be prepared to compromise. If you are willing to be accommodating, others may meet you halfway. Not only will you reduce your stress, you may find better solutions to your problems. Go easy with criticism. You may expect too much of yourself and others. Try not to feel frustrated, disappointed or even 'trapped' when another person criticises you. 6.Hobbies: Take a break from your worries by doing something you enjoy. Whether it's gardening or painting, schedule time to indulge your interest. Exercise: Regular exercise is a popular way to relieve stress. Twenty to thirty minutes of physical activity benefits both the body and the mind. Meditate: Just ten to twenty minutes of quiet reflection may bring relief from chronic stress as well as increase your tolerance to it. 7.Take Herbal Supplement: Herbs like Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Mandukparni, Shankhpuspi, Kaunch are very helpful in managing stress. Hi, take tab. Shirashooladi vajra ras 1-1-1 with ginger juice. Apply ginger paste on the forehead. Instill cephagraine nasal drops 2 drops to each nostril 3 time a day. You can undergo panchakarma treatment like nasya or shirodhara after checking with an ayurvedic doctor.

May be you need advice from a dietician! broadly speaking I can tell you to reduce sugars, carbs, fats, but not simple proteins, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and simple walk as an exercise. Drink a glass of warm water with juice of a lemon + spoon of honey on empty stomach every day in morning, this too reduces the weight, besides bringing down sugar and cholesterol.

Thanks for the query. Pain during intercourse can be due to many reasons like, anxiety, dryness of vagina, wrong procedure, fear, inability to relax and oversensitiveness to pain. Please try to find out the reason for the pain before going for the medicine. Try to relax the muscles consciously when you attempt intercourse. Talk to your husband in case if you have any fear or anxieties. In case you are using condoms, there are few brands which come with lubricants also, so you can try that also.

Due to increase in pitta you have this problem avoid green leafy vegetables spicy oily diet outside food curd chaza etc consult privetly for medication according causes of disease.
