Hello, take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. *Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes.Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer. You can also make a face mask by combining three tablespoons of tomato juice with one tablespoon of honey. Use Bio valley's sun care cream.

Hi, simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset. Wear a hat with broad brim, wear sunglasses whenever you are out in the sun. Don't awake late nights, follow motto of'early to bed, early to rise' avoid unnecessary exertion or stress.

Get them surgically removed so that the roots from which they grow can be destroyed predominately. Its a pretty easy procedure and not painful. You can consult a dermatologist for the same.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hi, I am a working woman. Can you tell me some nutritious food for me to stay healthy in this busy days.

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Hi, I am a working woman. Can you tell me some nutritious food for me to stay healthy in this busy days.
Hye. Thank you for your query. To maintain consistent energy levels: Eat a breakfast high in protein and fibre within an hour of waking up to jump start your metabolism. Spread out your protein intake and include healthy fats and fibre in meals. Eat a snack or small meal that includes protein, veggies or fruit, and a complex carbohydrate every three hours while awake. Avoid eating meals with high amounts of fat and/or protein especially when at work (e. G double-cheeseburger with fries or wadapav). These meals can make you feel sluggish as a result of blood rushing to your digestive organs to deal with the large amount of food and fat. Meals with high levels of fat and protein can also dramatically slow the release of carbohydrates (needed for energy) to your blood. Avoid eating within two hours of sleeping to enhance your sleep and avoid gastrointestinal problems. Be a mindful eater Mindful eating means eating with more thought and attention. With mindful eating you’ll enjoy your food more and you’ll likely feel more satisfied after you’re done eating. Mindful eating can also help calm your mind. To eat mindfully: Eat slowly Notice the flavours of the food you are eating Reflect on the fact that you are nourishing your body. Step away from your computer, turn off the TV while eating. Take a break from working or reading when eating.

Yes he always has a possibility of having another Heart Attack but the chances decrease if he takes regular medication and follows the doctor's instructions carefully and does a regular health checkup. In coronary artery disease (CAD), the arteries that supply blood and oxygen to your heart muscle grow hardened and narrowed. You may try treatments such as lifestyle changes, medicines, and angioplasty, a procedure to open the arteries. If these treatments don't help, you may need coronary artery bypass surgery. The surgery creates a new path for blood to flow to the heart. The surgeon takes a healthy piece of vein from the leg or artery from the chest or wrist. Then the surgeon attaches it to the coronary artery, just above and below the narrowed area or blockage. This allows blood to bypass (get around) the blockage. Sometimes people need more than one bypass. The results of the surgery usually are excellent. Many people remain symptom-free for many years. You may need surgery again if blockages form in the grafted arteries or veins or in arteries that weren't blocked before. Lifestyle changes and medicines may help prevent arteries from becoming clogged again. About tennis. It depends upon his hearts pumping function if it is normal or near normal you will be able to perform good amount of physical exercise so without knowing his heart function I can say that. It is not that he will never be able to play table tennis again it's just that he has to take things slowly slowly increase your physical exertion overtime so that the heart gets time to adjust and adapt to the physical exertion over time.

Hi dr, I am having dandruff, itching and hairloss. I have lost hairs on my forehead. Can I use keraglo men ? How long can I use this and should I take this at night after meals or before meals ? Thanks.

Hi dr, I am having dandruff, itching and hairloss. I have lost hairs on my forehead. Can I use keraglo men ? How long...
Hi, yes, you can use them as these are multivitamin with biotin. Biotin is a vitamin b7 which helps in thickening of the thin hair and also regrows hair from a dormant hair follicle, thus helping in hairloss. Take one tablet once daily in the morning after breakfast for 3 months. Also follow the advise and take homoeopathic medicine for the samewhich will help you in hairloss. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water/ bore water to wash the head rather use already boiled water or drinking water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.
