I am living very happily before some days with my wife and a kid and with my parents. On a day some thing happen wrong with my wife and my mother and my wife said she will not leave with my parents anymore, so I felt very much annoyed and we quarreled each other and she used so much wrong words that I never thought she can say so, so I felt deeply sad, so I decided to leave her to her parents home for some days but my father not allowed same and said asked her not to go and they will not leave with her and she said OK, and now she is leaving with me at my parents home but since that incident I am still feeling so much depressed and my mind is not ready to accept her after all this happened more than 20 days back, so I am not sure what I have to do next and felling very depressed and sad, some thing going very wrong in my life, please help.

Hi Onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. Take about 5-10 gm root powder of Ladyfinger in a glass of milk. Add 2 tsp of mishri in this milk and drink it. This will prove helpful in improving sexual vigour. Apply pranacharya gopal oil on your penis and give a massage. It will strengthen your nerves and erection power will get better. You can take ayurvedic medicines too along with this.

1. Systolic bp is the presure that blood exerts on walls of arteries during heart contractions. Its normal range is 120-139 mm of hg. Diastolic bp is the pressure of blood on walls of arteries when the heart is at rest between contractions. Its normal range is 80-89 mm of hg. So the safe difference between both is apprx. 30-40 mm of hg 2. Although both r important but in topical countries like india systolic bpis more important as its increase indicates hypertension and its dangerous as most of the cases of high bp remains undetected due to poor knowledge of regular health chk ups nd ignorance in under developed countries like ours. 3. There is almost zero difference of bp in both arms. If there is a difference then it can be suggestive of some arterial disease. 4. According to me these imported gadgets r made according to western climate standards and there iss a possibility that readingss may vary in hot countries like ours. 5. If you r hper or hypotensive then a regular chk up of bp is required every week. If normal then check up after 3-4 months is required. 6 it depends. Firstly u must be having a strong knowledge of your problem, its limitations, nd what all u can do to overcome it, only then u can get rid of the medicine. Actually once hypertension is detected we indians start taking medicines on aregular basis without future consultations nd this is the start of problem. So be determined to avoid medicine as much as u can but for that proper knowledge is required. Medicine is a must when u have a problem but dont be a slave of these medicines but take their help timebeingly as our body has a power of self healing. Actually we r weak and underestimate ourselves.

Ok. The length is not enough the act of sex should be satisfying from the point of view of both girl and boy. 1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2.Avoid stress, anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy, oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Suffering from Osteoporosis - Know Which Exercise is Right and Wrong for You?

Osteoporosis wreaks havoc in many senior citizens, especially women. This is a disorder that systematically weakens the bone and can fracture the spine and the hip. If not treated early, it poses a serious threat to mobility. While medicine is a prerequisite to treating this condition, exercise goes a long way in helping patients of osteoporosis. Regular exercise can improve balance and strengthen the muscle. This being said a doctor should be consulted for a fitness assessment and bone density test before going ahead with any exercise routine.

What is the right exercise for you?
Exercises are recommended depending on the degree of osteoporosis a person is suffering from. Some exercises may not be suitable for a person while some can greatly help. It is therefore suggested that a doctor or physiotherapist is consulted before starting any exercise. Here is a list of exercise that doctors often suggest:

  1. Strength training: Strength training aims at strengthening the spine and other muscles. It includes the usage of free weights and lifting own body weight. In case the exercise involves the usage of weight machines, utmost care should be taken to ensure that the spine does not get twisted. Resistance training, on the other hand, should be designed in such a way that it fits the tolerance and ability to cope up.
  2. Flexibility exercises: When the joints are allowed to go through the range of motion, it helps in muscle function. Stretching, for instance, should only be done when the muscle is warmed up. Care should be taken that stretching is done gently which is devoid of any bouncing. The spine should not be flexed. Any exercise that demands to bend towards the waist should also be avoided. An experienced physiotherapist should be able to suggest which stretching exercise is suitable for patients with osteoporosis.
  3. Aerobic training: Aerobic training necessarily means that the bone supports the body weight. This exercise helps the bone from mineral loss and is good for body balance strength and flexibility. Some aerobics that can be easily performed by patients with osteoporosis include dancing, stair climbing, cycling and walking. These exercises also help in blood circulation and cardiovascular diseases.
  4. Exercises you must avoid: High-impact body activity exercises such as jogging, jumping and running should be strictly avoided in order to avoid bone fracture and weaken muscle. Unlike exercises with controlled movements, these exercises can twist the spine and cause severe immobility in movement.
  5. Twisting: For patients with osteoporosis, an exercise that involves forward bending resulting the waist to come down should be avoided. Exercise such as this can cause compression fractures leading to restriction in physical movement for a temporary to longer duration. Any sort of bending and twisting, therefore, should be avoided.

Do not use soap for cleaning the face. Use besan or neem face wash for washing. Apply paste of masoor dal with raw milk once a week. Drink plenty of water and avoid oily and spicy food.

Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month.
