It is start of osteoarthritis. Start exercises for knee joint. You need to take precautions and start some medicines. Reduce weight. Avoid squatting and sitting on ground.

You can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

Homoeopathic medicine ADEL-4 ( ADEL) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily HAEMOCAL ( SBL) Chew 4 tab twice daily CALCIROL POUCH ( VIT-D) 1 pouch /Week for 12 Weeks early morning empty stomach in 1/2 cup luke warm milk. Take a Calcium rich diet. 2 Eggs daily 2 Glass Milk daily Sources of Vitamin D: 1. Vegetables: Sweet potato(Shakkar Kandi). One may take 'Cod liver oil' capsules or Vit-D supplements. Food: Fish, Milk, Soyabean Powder, Yogurt(Dahi), Butter, Egg yolk(yellow portion of egg) and direct sunlight. Report after 12 weeks

Body joints makes noise because some of your cartilage wears away as part of the normal aging process, Then these surfaces get a little rougher and so you get more noise as they rub against each other. And joint sounds can come and go, depending on how you position your body when you sit and sleep, and how you use your body when you move, One way to avoid creaking joints is to move as much as you can during the day the more your body lubricates itself, the sound will decrease. If it is associated with pain or swelling then its a point of concern. Otherwise its normal.

She needs enough of milk - include milk in her diet daily. Also change the shoes-- she should not wear high heel shoes. Also hot and cold compresses needs to be done alternately if this relieves her. Also take mag phos 6x - twice daily 4 tabs for next 7 days.

Hi I can understand your problem. It is due to nerve compression. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support.
