Teeth pain may be due to various reasons like infection, sensitivity or trauma.
If your teeth is decayed it is better to get it filled or treated by a dentist.
If you are opting for root canal treatment do not forget to get a crown on the effected tooth.
If you want to go for only medicinal treatment so let me tell you only medicine are not going to be very effective untill you get this treated by a dentist.

Black spots on tongue can be an alarming site and can prompt you to wonder what their cause is. but noneed to worry a these spots could be caused by one of many, mostly harmless, causes. Here are some of the causes of black spots on the tongue,
1.Hyper-Pigmentation
Hyper-pigmentation occurs when there is too much pigment (which gives our skin, hair and eyes their colour) in a certain area. This can be a genetic trait, or it can develop on its own. This is a harmless condition .
2.Tongue Piercing Sometimes black spots can be left behind on the tongue as a result of a tongue piercing. In the areas where you had the piercing you may have lost pigmentation and this then leaves small black marks.
3.Oral Cancer
In rare cases black spots on the tongue may also be a sign of oral cancer. For this reason it is very important to get them checked over by an expert. Do not panic prematurely. Other symptoms of oral cancer are lumps in the mouth and difficulty in swallowing.
4.Smoking/Drinking If you smoke a lot or drink excess amounts of alcohol, then you can develop what's known as a hairy tongue. Of course this isn't hair like that found on the head, but rather fungus that grows on the tongue that appears as black clusters. This will disappear on its own if you stop drinking or smoking and is yet another good incentive to do so.
5.Injury Of course the tongue is a fairly unusual part of the body and is in fact a muscle. As such it tends to react slightly differently to cuts and wounds than would a part of the skin and sometimes areas where you've bitten or hurt your tongue can appear as dark patches.

Hi lybrate-user, bad breath even after brushing adequately can be due to some gum disease and deposits (calculus) on your teeth. You can check yourself in front of the mirror during brushing time. If you feel some yellow stony deposits are present behind your lower front teeth, make a visit to your nearest dentist for clean-up. Also add mouthwashes to your brushing routine. Hve a great day.

As for the teeth which are not straight, it's better you opt for
1 orthodontic treatment (alignment of teeth using clips a. K. A braces, especially if you are in the age group of 16-27 for really good results)
2 smile designing (specialised prosthetic designing of the teeth to accomplish the perfect smile, the advantage being a really quick treatment time compared to orthodontic treatment)
as far as the cavities are concerned, if they are not too deep and the associated teeth aren't paining at any point of time, you may go for restorative treatment by
1 temporary cement
2 permanent cement
3 laser cement
in the case that the associated teeth are sensitive, or the cavity is deep, you may need to opt for a root canal treatment.

It takes usually 6 months for an implant for single implant if started today if all the factors are suitable like control of diabetes, bone support, time the space without teeth and so on. According to me your age considering it as a factor healing would be a major problem. And the maintanance would be highly difficult otherwise whole effort, money and time of yours would go waste. Even if you want to go only for implants simply ask your dentist weather he can provide any warranty on the treatment done and proceed accordingly. Hoping for the best.
