I am 24 year old female and I think I am in depression. I am preparing for IES since last three years and still mt goal is clear but now since last 2 month I used to do fake smiling. I do not feel like doing anything whether it is about food or whether it is about travelling or about studies or about talk to home. This is first time in my life I did not go to hometown in festival either I also dnt feel anything. It is like I am getting stone hearted.
Well about health I always feels like tired, most of the time suffering from cold and shallow breathing, anxiety,headache. I am all alone I want to do study but why I am not doing.
Can you help me out what is going on with me and how I can get rid of my condition. This time I am feeling that my biggest enemy is me.

My mood is change in moments. Some time I feel something like anger on somebody bt I forget and have no reaction front of him. And I can not express my anger and can not leave anybody away from me.
