For your condition I will prescribe you flower remedy available in all homoeopathy shops. Mix 12 drops willow +7 drops of star of bethelehem + 7 drops of mimulus + 7 drops of chicory + 7 drops of cherry plum. Mix these liquids in a small bottle. Consume orally 20 drops of this mixture with 50 ml water every 12 hours. This is because you are extremely emotional and have dislike to animals getting hurt or treated badly. Dear, you already have a medical condition of thyroid. It is very important that you change your fooding and lifestyle. Basically try to balance hormones. Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables. Drink plenty of water. For stress release do 10 minutes of yoga, pranayama and meditation each in the morning. Try Lavender essential oil for instant stress release. Just take 2 drops in your hankerchief or hand and keep inhaling.

escitalopram is an antidepressant. Amisulpiride on the other hand is an antipsychotic drug. So your comparison is not fair.

See I admit you were very close to your friend but as you have lost your friend it means that your life also has stopped there you have to make up your mind to move on. Know that its natures rule one who comes have to go it doesn't mean that you have to stop there you can take example of nature only every sec she looses her close ones but she never gets depressed but with again great enthusiasm she give everyone everything. So be happy never feel any guilt and never feel that you r alone your parents are there for you all the time. So keep smiling and be happy have great life.

Dear lybrate user, if you were diagnosed with bipolar disorder and depression and if you were on medication for last 15 yrs, it will be harmful if you stop medication on your own. Your present anger and restlessness is a result of stopping this medication. I think, you need to understand your condition. You are going to need medication throughout your life for at least bipolar disorder. Please understand that it is like managing bp or sugar with medicines, where the disease is kept under control, with the help of medicines. Regarding your depression, you may start counselling sessions along with the medication, but you need to discuss with your psychiatrist before you stop medicines for depression. It might be frustrating for you to realise that you need to be under medication, life long; because it has side effects. But please understand that if you stop the medicines, it will cause more harm. Please consult a counsellor at the earliest.

In women, depression may be more likely to cause feelings of sadness and worthlessness.Requires a medical diagnosis The persistent feeling of sadness or loss of interest that characterises major depression can lead to a range of emotional and physical conditions. These include inability to sleep or concentrate on tasks. Changes in appetite, decreased energy level and thoughts of suicide are also seen. What are the appropriate steps should I take to help my mother in law from schizophrenia . Research-based strategies to boost your memory and keep it strong 7 Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

lybrate-user there is no operation or medicine for Stammering. Unless it is diagnosed due to neurological cause. It is a habit associated with lack of self confidence and thus fear. So go to an experienced Speech Therapist.

I have quit antidepressant called mirtazapine 7.5 mg 3 months ago. But now again symptoms has begun and I restarted taking it and again start to feel fresh. But I am mainly concern with weight gain after restarting it. Previously I have gained lot of weight on taking it. And able to loose few after quitting it. Whether on restarting mirtaz I will again gain lot of weight? My maximum dosage of mirtaz was 30 mg .on restarting I have taken 7.5 mg. How much weight does it increase normally on restarting mirtazapine 7.5 mg.

You cannot calculate weight gain on the basis of dosage or when you restarted. Neither should you stop or restart medication without the doctor's consent and consultation. It is, in fact, dangerous. The weight gain is a side effect but at least the depression gets taken care of. Anyway, do talk to the doctor about your concerns but do not self-regulate the medication at any cost. Additionally, you can follow some of these instructions, which includes exercise mandatorily: You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and with your doctor and you must cooperate with both to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and it can be due to anaemia and I will suggest you to get your blood checked for cbc and revert with reports.

You can make your mind to be always positive by engaging in creative activities, hobbies, games and passionate towards whatever you do. Thereby you can reduce your stress and tension also.
