For some time now I observe that I get bad throat regularly. Sometimes I feel chocking and am unable to speak. I don't know the exact reason but it lasts for few hours.

U have to take care of your throat by urself only. Just see that you have meals on time i. E. Propr breakfast, proper lunch, hav some light food in the evening and also light dinner at night. You might be suffering from acidity and leading to recurrent throat infections like tonsillitis, tonsillipharyngitis. So it would be better if you maintain a proper diet schedule and drink plenty of water, avoid cold and sour (khatta) foods. Hair can be removed through waxing and tweezing. You can scrub your body with an ubtan of besan, haldi, olive oil and milk to remove darkness.

I am 57 years old and my weight is 90 Kgs. Earlier, I weighed 72 Kgs but after menopause I have put on. Otherwise, I am very active and I do all the house chores since I do not have any helper. Is rice healthy to eat after all the starch is drained off. Please advice.

I am loosing hair often and tried all shampoo oil etc give solution to grow long hair.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Mam, In my right breast, it seems lumps, it remains there for more than 5 yrs, it doesn't pains me. Suggest if mammography is required.

Hi, by your history it sounds like fibrocystic changes, which is normal developmental changes. But get it examined by a surgeon to be sure. There is no immediate need of mammography. It can be decided after proper examination. If need be prefer ultrasound over mammography, if age less than 35 years and reverse for age more than 35 years. Regards sahil.

Avoid to eat in excess amount, eat limited only 3. In the morning empty stomach have 2 dates with 1 cup of milk 4. Have fruit like musk melon, banana, chiku, custurd apple, pomegranate any one of them after 5. Do exercise weekly three time only. 6. Avoid to late sleep 7. Have amal juice 4 table spoon + honey 2 tsp+ crystal sugar 2 tsp at evening due to this your hunger and digestion get improve well 8. Have more lunch than dinner 9. Have your dinner 3 hr before sleep by following above thing you will be healthy.
