Lybrate-user. It seems that your biological circadian rhythm is disturbed due to changing sleep timings. If you are unable to find time to sleep at night due to work and study its understandable, but if you have resorted to daytime sleeping habits that would be a concern for your work during day. You might need a gradual readjustment of your sleep times. We may need to discuss your entire sleep work pattern along with associated problems. Both are ok. If your aunt has good veins, then it is better to infuse drugs intravenously directly. If she doesn't have good veins then it is better to have a chemoport placed and then infuse drugs through a chemoport.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

Hello Lybrate user. Skin is also a part of your body system. For a healthy skin you must keep yourself healthy from inside. Eat healthy food which must include adequate protein, moderate carbohydrate and less fat. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, milk, egg white, rajma,soybean, almonds in your diet. Regular exercise and proper sleep is must. At least 10 - 12 glass of water per day is must. Avoid too much of cosmetic products to your skin.

Inhale and exhale of air through nose.

We intake and exit air through nose. It says a lot of things.

You will not see that both nose are open same time. Means both are working simultaneously.

If you feel hungry and see right nose is open and exchanging air. Then you take lunch and dinner. You will get no indigestion. This is the right time to take food.

When you are going for a auspicious work, at the time of going out from home check which nose is open if right then put right leg first our of the final door to go out. You will be successful. If left nose is open then wait a few while to get open right nose because they open alternately.

This is a bit away from health but never eat food when left nose is working you will get indigestion definitely. Just wait when nose alternates.

Never drink any cold drinks, it will damage your liver handsomely.

If you feel thirsty in road do not drink roadside water in tank. It may cause hepatitis or typhoid.

To quench thirst take tea without milk. Safety for health. Or drink fruit juice if available./ green coconut water preferred. It is god's gift for us.

If you take a bath before sunrise all your stuffy mucus settled in last few hours in sinus plexus. Will dissolve and will not render an attack in next 24 hours. Only for stuffy nose.

Running nose people are having bacterial toxin (generally tb) received from parents. And have a shortage of calcium phosphate in body. They are very intelligent/ witty and weak throughout the life. And always suffer diseases due to having ulcerative background. But easily curable.

Mosquito repellant and injudicious smoking.

In today's age I found mothers having very poor knowledge about baby-care. These babies are unfortunate. Example -
In room mosquito coil is burning and baby is inhaling the poison. Mother came to me and told lot of symptoms of baby. I presume and know the ill effects so in my prescription I wrote "no coil 200" Ultimately these babies will be an asthma patient in future due to ignorance of his mother.

So do not burn coil at night while sleeping. This is as good as murdering others.

And for men I request never smoke in front of any children in your home or outside to murder him half. There must have a law to put these people in court for criminal activities.

Do not mind this is true/let we come and work for a better and healthy society and let these children live a disease free life in coming days.

Hello dear Lybrate user, Hair spa can lead to hairfall as it can damage the hair shaft. Avoid such procedures on hair. For dandruff use KERAGLO-AD SHAMPOO three times a week followed by a conditioner.

Avoid hurry. Do your all work and even your personal work like taking bath. Brushing in relaxed way. Avoid worry. Reduce your stress levels and. Avoid curry, reduce salt and spice rich diet, chew your food well. Walk after eating esp after dinner.

Dear lybrate-userNothing to worry about. When there is fever weakness is common. Don't take heavy food. Take only easily digested food like murmuray saagu jawa and more liquids Fruit juices. In fever you can not relish food and tongue becomes tasteless. When the temperature becomes normal, every thing Wil becomes normal. Take Luke warm water. And don't take ice water. Get investigated. Take treatment accordingly as per your physicians advise. Take rest till you become alright

Hello doctors. My mom is suffering from severe knee pain. Her feet have swollen and she is unable to walk. She got her diabetics check up in march and it was normal. But she do have increased uric acid problem and also she is undergoing menopause. She has already taken medical consultation and under medication. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. Lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. HI lybrate-user. First of all Ranitidine is not the medicine for stomach ulcer. Second if your stool is black then it may be because of the bleeding from the ulcer so ideally you should go for the test of Stool Routine micro. Third is I cannot give you ayurvedic medicine but can advise you homoeopathic medicine. Take Kali Bich 30 tds for 2 days. It is better to take any treatment with proper consultation.

?The oxygenation of blood plays a huge roll in arousal?people who work out, especially with cardiovascular exercise, are going to have much better vascular health and better flow to the genitals,? Kerner says. Add in the feel-good endorphin release you get from exercising, and you have a potential sweat-induced love potion, he says.
The Best Exercises For Sex
But what are some of the top exercises that will may help improve sex, including performance, endurance and enjoyment potential?
?Yoga and weight lifting emphasize the pelvic area and help build pelvic floor strength,? says Kerner. ?Female arousal, just like male arousal, is dependent on blood flow to the pelvic area,? he says.
You can also try?
? Pushups. If you can?t do basic training-quality pushups at first, start with wall presses (essentially pushups done against the wall), aiming for 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. When you?re ready, progress to knee push ups on the floor, making sure to keep your back straight while you slowly touch your nose to the ground. Once you?re ready to kick it up a notch, progress to traditional hand-and-toe push ups.
? Ab Work. After pushups, your abs are the next most critical sex-boosting body area, says Weil, director of the New York Obesity Research Center Weight Loss Program at St. Luke?s Roosevelt Hospital Center, and an exercise and fitness expert on WebMD?s message boards. ?After all, you have to use your abdominal muscles during sex.?
Weil suggests starting your ab workout with good old-fashioned crunches. Lie on your back, hands supporting your neck, knees bent and your feet on the floor, then bring your body up just enough to get your shoulders off the ground. Do 3-5 sets of 15-20 repetitions.
Experts also recommend doing bridges (lying on your back, knees bent, lift your hips up and down; 3 sets of 15 reps). Men can also try pelvic tilts (standing up or lying down, straighten your lower back and pull your belly button in until your lower back touches the wall or floor), while women can try Kegels (contract your pelvic muscles (the ones you?d use to stop the flow of urine); squeeze the muscles tight for 3 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds. Do 10-15 repetitions, three times a day).
? Deadlifts. This exercise will keep your back as strong as it can be, says Weil, and give your legs and torso a workout, too. Deadlifts, where you raise a weighted barbell or dumbbells from the ground, starting in a neutral bent-over position, is easy to do ? and easy to do wrong, so technique is important, according to the American Council on Exercise. Get some pro tips online or at your gym to be sure you?re getting the most out of doing deadlifts.
? Torso side bends and twists. And to get the most from this exercise, as well as the next one, head to the gym. The effort is worth it, because torso side bends and twists will keep your upper body strong, says Weil, and give you stamina. ?Do them on the cable crossover machine for maximum effect.?
? Pushing or pulling exercise in the gym. While you?re at the gym, rows, flyes and lateral raises will do a great job for your performance in the bedroom, says Weil. Remember to get a few quick tips from a pro on how to do these exercises most effectively.

Exercise may help beat erectile dysfunction, too. One study showed that in men over 50 years of age, physically active men had a 30% lower risk of erectile dysfunction than sedentary men. Studies also show a strong link between obesity and ED.
In fact, people who exercise often have a better body image than sedentary people, which can help them feel more sexually appealing. One study found that 80% of men and 60% of females who exercised two to three times a week felt their sexual desirability was above average.
?Although there can be many factors to exercise and sexual activity, what some studies suggest is that people who are fit and active have more sex than sedentary people.? The bottom line? ?Being strong and flexible with lots of endurance will put the spunk into sex for you and your partner,? Weil says.
And don?t forget to develop the most important muscle of all. Sex begins with the muscle between the ears, and not the ones in your abs. If you feel healthy and have a positive body imagine, you will have a better sex life.

My mri report says have a 8cm x 5cm dermoid cyst in my right ovary, pod region. Right fallopian tube is mildly dilated. Left hydropinx. Intramural fibroid in uterocervical junction. Wt are the best possible solutions of these without surgery. And also what these problems mean in simple terms.

From your USG findings it appears you will need surgery. There is no medicines available for all of these.
