Hello Doctor Jab se ye winters shuu hui h mere panv ki nas bahut jyada chadhne lag gayi h.raat ko sote sote need me hi achank se dard shuru ho jata h or kuch Der rub krne pe sahi hoti h. Some times when I change my posture it starts to pain. Before this winter I felt it once or twice in whole winters. Bt now days this has become frequently. Dear Lybrate user, pav ki Nas chadhana aur Dard hona ye cheeze calcium aur potassium ki kami se hote hai. Calcium aur potassium wali sabjiya, eggs, nariyal Pani ka istemal chalu kijiye. Khajur aur sukhe anjir bhi labhdayak hai. Mahanarayan Tel ,rat me some se pehle pairoko lagaye. Pankhe ke niche ya, AC lagake na soye. Thank you.

I am 55 years old and menopause over by 51 years. Even though I walk regularly and attending all household works alone myself I am having sometimes sticking pain in the nerves starting from my hip to toe and after lying down in bed sometime numbness is also there in my hand sometimes in cough muscle and at the backside of my head. To have good blood flow throughout my body and to avoid vatha and allergy complaint (frequent sneezing, coughing etc.) also. Pl. Give some tips including home remedies as I am going to panchakarma once in 2 years.

Hi. You might be having back pain which would have caused the radiating pain from hip to toe, for which you can apply ice pack in your low back region and hot fermentation in your back of thigh, calf and foot. You might also have neck pain which is causing the numbness in hand and backside of the head. So please give hot fermentation to neck region and avoid neck forward bending activities such as reading books, using cell phones, whatssapp, games or prolonged forward bending household activities.

It's occurs due tto weakness. You should take sufficient cacalcium food like milk, egg, fruits. And continue some muscle strengthening exercise daily. Shold keep good sex position, in which you are more comfortable. Some times feet irritation occurs due to heavy acidity. So take proper breakfast.

Once a day is not masturbation addiction. The 3 things you mentioned are not due to masturbation. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behavior and instill fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behavior). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Compulsive masturbation is when a person continues with frequent masturbation neglecting his/ her other work like education, job or social obligations. In fact masturbation reduces the sexual tension and helps focus on task at hand better.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

* neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle. Check your posture, do not bend your neck excessively and when you work on your laptop or computer after half hour of working move your neck slowly in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. * do neck massage with lukewarm mustard oil. * do not take pillow of high hight during sleeping or avoid to take pillow. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

i am Age: 57 years. Suffering from cervical spondylosis. Shoulder and head muscles get stiff and I have to take medication for that. I can tolerate shoulder pain but muscles supporting neck and head get pain while sleeping. I cannot turn sideways during sleeps. I have to lie straight and snoring creates more side effects. I get up with a very dry mouth.

Acupuncture Therapy is the only treatment which gives cure to all patients suffering from Cervical Spondylosis The occupational strain resulting from intensity and duration of working hours is taking a toll on the health of youths. Cervical spondylosis is afflicting the working class in the age group of 18 to 40 years, especially those in the IT sector. Percentage of such patients is increasing due to stress, pressure at work place and unhealthy food habits. With the rise in number of professionals like those at the call centre who remain confined to the desk or in front of computer for hours together in one posture, the number of people suffering from cervical spondylosis is on the rise. Neck pain can be caused by an injury, muscular problem or by a trapped nerve between vertebrae. Besides, inappropriate working or sleeping posture may also be responsible. It is a clinical syndrome resulting from degeneration of the intervertebral disc and consequent pressure on the cervical nerve roots or the cervical cord. An x-ray reveals the formation of osteophytes and loss of normal lordosis or forwards curve. This is essentially an extension of degenerative changes in the body as a whole. It is a degenerative disorder of the neck bones due to abnormal wear of the bone cartilage. This might lead to gradual compression of one or more than one nerve roots. It results in changes in sensation in arm, pain in neck and arm and weakness of upper limb muscles. Causes: Injury and muscular problem cause abnormal tear of joints, ligaments and the structures surrounding the joints. Trapped nerve between vertebrae. Long hour of reading or working on computer Watching TV and driving for long hours Bad posture Poor skeletal setup in the neck predisposes abnormal tear of the neck joints. Improper sleeping posture Symptoms: Headache Pain, stiffness in the neck, which may spread to other body parts, like shoulder and arm. Irritable, restless and fatigued, disturbed sleep and impaired work ability Numbness & weakness may appear in arms, hands, fingers and legs Pain at the back of the neck region, causing headache, altered sensation while combing hair Precaution: Do not bend neck for long duration while working in front of computer Avoid large thick pillow while sleeping Avoid sudden twisting of the neck Do neck-muscle building exercises Professionals who spend hours doing desk work or in front off the computers should take small breaks in between. Advice for patients: Avoid violent massage with deep pressure No manipulations by bone setters Exercise daily Drink milk and opt for calcium intake Anti-inflammatory medication, muscle relaxants Neck collar Physiotherapy, neck traction and diathermy.

Dear lybrate user, correct your postural error. Take, homoeo medicine. @ rhus tox200-6 pills, thrice. @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid, cold intake, exposure to cold, junk food, bending down to lift heavy wt. Jerks, watching tv& sitting on computers, in d late night. Go for aerobic exercise, suitable for back muscle. Report wkly, please.
