Hi Mukesh, I terms of Ayurveda, your Pitta is too high ...that it tries to digest your food too fast and make your feel hungry. Keep it balance by adding some more soothing food in your diet. Like: Take a spoon of Fennel seeds ( saunf) after meals. Have, Badam/ sesame milk, Fresh coconut giri , soaked walnuts/ raisins/ dates ( consume them after 1.5 hr of your meals or in mid- morning/ evening snacks) Avoid tea ,coffee and spicy food ( anything that carries hot properties)

You may be having piles/fissure. follow the advice given below 1.Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool .2.Sit in a bath tub containing warm water for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3.Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/Naturolax powder with a glass of warm water at bed time. 4.Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits, Avoid fatty diet .5 If no relief consult doctor

Do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.

The food handlers in your hostel or the kitchen might be contaminated. Take food samples and get the food handlers treated for Amoebiasis, or any other infection. make the kitchen hygienic . You also get your stool samples and immunity checked for recurrent diarrhoea

Avoid oily, spicy, fatty and junk food 7. Avoid stress, anxiety 8.stop smoking 9. This seems to be due to acidity I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do not postpone breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Avoid smoking and alcohol 9. Regular physical activities 10. Meditation we may need to start medications after physical examination.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

more gas formation is due to improper digestion. oiy food & cold drinks can trigger gas problems & dyscomfort. take 2 spoon ghee before meal 2 times use butter milk in meal if problem persist consult us

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

It could be due to irritable bowel syndrome. 1.Avoid caffeinated drinks like tea/coffee, milk , cheese 2. take fiber containing diets like fruit/ vegetable, whole grain food, nuts 3.Drink plenty of water 4. avoid smoking/ alcohol 5.go for regular exercise 6.avoid stress 7.Take small frequent meals instead of having 3 major meals 8.keep record of foods which cause symptoms 9.Avoid red pepper,green onion, red wine,wheat, cow's milk 10. consult Gastro enterologist for further advice

Take less of fatty food and don't eat full stomach. Take plenty of water and frequent short meals. If you have sitting job then either go for morning and evening walk or do vajra asana regularly. You can also take Natrum Phos 6x (homoeopathic med).
