Insulin is best and time tested option awailable so far, you can have nasal slray insulin which for time being is not awailanle in india, stem cell therapy and artificial pancreas are the other options.

Gargling with warm salt water is an effective way to treat a sore throat. Salt can even help kill the bacteria or virus causing pharyngitis. Mix three teaspoons of salt (preferably sea salt) in two cups of warm water. Gargle with this solution. Do not swallow it. Spit the water out after gargling. टेस्टोस्टेरोन पुरुषों में पाया जाने वाला एक मेल हार्मोन होता है। टेस्टोस्टेरोन पुरुष यौन क्षमता को बढ़ाता है और इसका संबंध सेक्सुअल एक्टिविटीज, ब्लड सर्क्युलेशन और मांसपेशियों के परिणाम के साथ-साथ कंसंट्रेशन, मूड और याददाश्त से भी होता है। जब कोई पुरुष चिड़चिड़ा या गुस्सैल हो जाता है तो लोग इसे उसके काम या उम्र का असर मानते हैं, पर यह उसमें टेस्टोस्टेरोन की कमी से भी होता है। टेस्टोस्टेरोन पुरुषों में उनके वृषण (testes) और एड्रेनल ग्लैंड में बड़ी मात्रा में बनता है। महिलाओं में इसका उत्पादन कम मात्रा में होता है। 
टेस्टोस्टेरोन का स्तर 40 वर्ष की उम्र के बाद टेस्टोस्टेरोन का लेवल धीरे-धीरे घटने लगता है। टेस्‍टोस्‍टेरोन के स्‍तर को हमेशा बनाए रखना बहुत जरुरी है, नहीं तो आगे चल कर आपको बहुत सारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। 
 पर अब इसके लिए आपको परेशान होने की जरूरत नहीं क्योंकि कुछ सावधानियों और कुछ चीज़ें मौजूद हैं जिनसे आपके टेस्टोस्टेरोन के लेवल को बढ़ाया जा सकता है। सो अगर लगे कि टेस्टोस्टेरोन को बढ़ाने की ज़रूरत है तो बताये गए कुछ नुस्खों को जरुर अपनाएं। 

1. जस्ता और मैग्नीशियम 
जस्ता और मैग्नीशियम जैसे खनिज शरीर में टेस्टोस्टेरोन के लेवल को बढ़ाने में अहम रोल अदा करते हैं। टेस्टोस्टेरोन के उच्च स्तर को मेंटेने रखने के लिए उन चीजों का सेवन करें जो आपके शरीर में इन खनिजों की जरुरत को पूरा करते हैं। 
 
2. वजन नियंत्रित करें 
अगर आपका वजन बहुत ज्यादा है तो आपको कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। शरीर में ज्यादा चरबी, टेस्टोस्टेरोन के स्तर को बढ़ने से रोक सकती है। इसलीए टेस्टोस्टेरोन के लेवल को बढ़ाने के लिए अपना वजन जरुर कम करें। 

3. मीठा कम खाएं 
शरीर में शुगर लेवल के बढ़ने से इंसुलिन का लेवल बढ़ता है। जब आप मीठा खाते हैं तो आपके शरीर में टेस्टोस्टेरोन का स्तर अपने आप कम हो जाता है। इस हार्मोन के स्रवण और शारीरिक विकास के लिए जितनी हो सके उतनी मीठी चीज़े कम खाएं। 

4. मैडिटेशन 
जब आप बहुत ज्यादा तनाव में होते हैं, तो आपके शरीर में ज्यादा मात्रा में हार्मोन रिलीज़ होते हैं। ये हार्मोनस शरीर में टेस्टोस्टेरोन को बढ़ने से रोकते हैं। इसलिए मैडिटेशन इजी और इफेक्टिव तरीकें तनाव से लड़ने में आपकी मदद करेगी। 

5. कसरत 
हालिया शोध के मुताबिक अगर आप रोजाना हाई स्पीड में घंटों कसरत करते हैं, तो शायद इसे आपके शरीर में टेस्टोस्टेरोन के डेवलपमेंट में रुकावट आ सकती है। इसलिए कसरत सीमित मात्रा में किसी पेशेवर ट्रेनर की निगरानी में ही करें। 

6. हेल्दी फ़ूड अपनाएं 
आपका शरीर कितनी मात्रा में टेस्टोस्टेरोन का उत्पादन करता है, यह बहुत कुछ आपकी डाइट पर डिपेंड करता है इसलिए अपनी डाइट का ख्याल रखें। ज्यादा से ज्यादा हेल्दी फैट वाले फ़ूड, हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, प्रोटीन और कोलेस्ट्रॉल (बुरे कोलेस्ट्रॉल नहीं) युक्त चीजें खाएं। 

7. गोबल एग
अंडे टेस्टोस्टेरोन-उत्पादक सुपरफूड्स होते हैं, इनके योक में अच्छे प्रकार का कोलेस्ट्रॉल का उच्च स्तर पाया जाता है जो टेस्टोस्टेरोन के प्रोडक्शन के लिए अहम होते हैं। साथ ही, अण्डों में प्रोटीन उच्च मात्रा में पाया जाता है और ये जिंक से भरपूर होते हैं और ये दोनों ही टेस्टोस्टेरोन के उत्पादन के आवश्यक तत्व हैं। 
 
8. पत्तागोभी
पत्तागोभी को अन्य हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों जैसे पलक के साथ खाने से टेस्टोस्टेरोन लेवल को आश्चर्यजनक रूप से बढ़ा देती है | इसमें इण्डोल-3-कार्बिनोल (indole-3-carbinol या IC3) नामक फायटोकेमिकल पाए जाते हैं जो दोहरा काम करते हैं, जहाँ एक ओर ये पुरुषों के हार्मोन टेस्टोस्टेरोन के लेवल को बढाते हैं वहीँ दूसरी ओर फेमल हार्मोन (एस्ट्रोजन) को कम करते हैं |

9. नट्स खाएं
मुट्ठीभर या दो मुट्ठी अखरोट या बादाम को अपनी प्रतिदिन की डाइट में शामिल करना, टेस्टोस्टेरोन के स्तर को बढाने का एक अच्छा और आसान तरीका है |

10. सीड्स खाएं 
सीड्स जैसे सूरजमुखी और अलसी के बीज भी मोनोसैचुरेटेड फैट के उच्च स्तर को प्रदान करते हैं, साथ ही, प्रोटीन, विटामिन ई और जिंक भी देते हैं और ये सभी टेस्टोस्टेरोन के स्तर को बढाते हैं। स्वस्थ विकल्पों के लिए, बिना स्वाद वाले, बिना नमक वाले नट्स और सीड्स का सेवन करें 

11. ओटमील से करें दिन की शुरुआत 
ओटमील से मिलने वाले स्वास्थ्यलाभ जग-ज़ाहिर हैं, इमे फाइबर उच्च मात्रा में और वसा कम मात्रा में पाया जाता है, लेकिन यहाँ पर दिन की शुरुआत ओटमील से करने का एक और कारण है: 2012 में किये गये एक अध्ययन के अनुसार, ओटमील टेस्टोस्टेरोन के लेवल को बढ़ाता है। 

12. सोडा न पिएँ 
अगर आप सोडा बहुत पीते हैं तो आपको इसे सबसे पहले छोड़ना होगा। सोडा प्रोसेस्ड शुगर से भरे होते हैं और इनमे खाली कैलोरी होती है जिसके कारण इन्सुलिन रेजिस्टेंस और वज़न बढ़ने लगता है। अपनी डाइट में से रोज़ सोडा की कुछ कैन हटाने से ही आप काफी कैलोरी घटा सकते हैं। 

13. विटामिन डी 3 
विटमिन डी 3 तकनीकी रूप से एक हार्मोन है लेकिन यह सच में बहुत जरुरी होता है। स्टडीज के मुताबिक नियमित रूप से डी 3 सप्लीमेंट लेने वाले लोगों में उच्च टेस्टोस्टेरोन हाई लेवल पर पाया जाता है।

Sir what about serum creatinine levels, lft. Take cap unienzyme forte 1 twice daily for for 2 weeks, after food. Avoid too much of oily or masala food. Do yoga and breathing exercises. Eat regularly, but not full stomach.

Hello lybrate user its known as premature ejaculation, its very common problem in men. Some time its related to the mental status or same time other. Please use the following tips. It will help you 1 the better option is to relax your mind and to increase timing you can do kegel's exercise also try the stop/start method 2 increase the amount of time spent during foreplay. Make sure the genitals are not rubbed against the other's body or on the bed as this might also lead to ejaculation 3. Use a condom preferably a thick one. This will reduce the sensitivity of the penis 4. Avoid smoking, coffee, tea etc masturbation is normal process, its not nay side effect. Its not reason of pe.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If you have diabetes, then first and fore most is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with FBG:<100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. That will help maintaining an overall better health. For lower back pain there are a number of exercises which can be done by lying down flat on a mat - these include 1) Lifting one leg straight up from hip, holding it for five counts, then the second leg. This can be done for five sets, 2) Lifting both legs up to a 30 degree from ground, holding at that level for 5 counts, doing five sets 3) Cycling for 30 counts in each set, 3 sets like this, 4) Lifting the legs and touching the toes beyond your head, do it 10 times, 5) Turning the the legs inside out 10 times and same repetition from outside to inwards (difficult to explain) can be seen on TV in Astha channel, 6) Pawan muktasana, with one leg then with both legs. Like this there are many exercises which can help in stretching back muscles and help relieving the pain. Any pain iller is fine for a few days. Thanks.

Dear you have to understand that Night fall is a normal phenomenon. It is due to the new production of semen wants space and when storage is full then how to accommodate it. What system does, it clears the old collected matter in form of night fall. Then new production find space and is stored for future use. If you discharge by masturbation or by intercourse then night fall will not happen. So Relaxxxx.

Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Reasons of low volume of semen - 1. Aging. One study found that semen volume decreases by about half just from normal aging from age 35 to about age 55.2. Retrograde Ejaculation.  If a man notices a more pronounced loss of volume, it may be due to a condition called retrograde ejaculation. Basically, the sperm comes up from the testes into the prostate where it is mixed with the semen. 3. Diabetes. One of the primary symptoms of diabetes is neuropathy, or nerve damage. And one of the less well-known consequences of this type of nerve damage can be retrograde ejacaulation.  The reason is that the nerves on the neck of bladder that are involved in retrograde ejaculation can be affected. 4. Medications. Certain medications, especially SSRI's and blood pressure medications can lead to retrograde ejaculation as well.

Night fall is very common problem in younger age. Semen production occur 24 hourly & it has limited capacity for storage. If you do not do ejaculate then nightfall is only way to come out of stored semen as its production is continuous process. 1-2 week frequency is normal. Your frequency slightly high it does not lead to weakness it is natural process. Same tips for controlling 1. Meditation and relaxation techniques. 2 avoid porn literature and videos 3 avoid alchol, smoking etc 4 avoid non veg. If these tips are no useful then consult with sexologist.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days ell me answers of following questions 1. Is cough associated with throat pain ? 2. Is sputum is also coming ? 3.Do you have sneezing/nasal blockade/running nose We need to start antibiotics if sputum is coming with cough so tell me answers of above question than i will do further management

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, mints or mint-flavoured foods, pungent, sour things, tomato-based foods. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Yes this is good, you should avoid heat, chemical, smoking and keep your testes cool by compressing with wet towel for 5 minutes daily.
