As you had sex in the middle part of your menstrual cycle you have very good chance to get pregnant as you have already missed your periods by 9 days. You should first check your pregnancy by urine pregnancy test like preg test card or velocit card. If your pregnant, then it can be terminated with medicines till 7 weeks.

Light bleeding is due to disturbances of periods due to I pill. As this is hormonal pill and cause hormonal imbalance. Don't worry, normal periods will come.

During pregnancy, you need to consume extra protein and calcium to meet the needs of the growing fetus Dairy products contain two types of high quality protein: casein and whey. Dairy is the best dietary source of calcium, and provides high amounts of phosphorus, various B-vitamins, magnesium and zinc. Yogurt, especially Greek yogurt, is particularly beneficial for pregnant women It contains more calcium than any other dairy product. Some varieties also contain probiotic bacteria, which support digestive health This group of food includes lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, soybeans and peanuts. Legumes are excellent plant-based sources of fiber, protein, iron, folate (B9) and calcium, all of which the body needs more of during pregnancy. Folate is one of the B-vitamins (B9). It is very important for the health of the mother and fetus, especially during the first trimester. However, most pregnant women are not consuming nearly enough folate This has been linked with an increased risk of neural tube defects and low birth weight. Insufficient folate intake may also cause the child to be more prone to infections and disease later in life Legumes contain high amounts of folate. One cup of lentils, chickpeas or black beans may provide from 65–90% of the RDA Furthermore, legumes are generally very high in fiber. Some varieties are also high in iron, magnesium and potassium.

After miscarriage there are many factors which may affect fertility, like any infection or hormonal imbalance or tubal factor etc. So first of all get an HSG , TSH FSH LH and AMH tests done. and consult the reports so that can help you further.

The following tips help one to maintain food and sleep time and overall health holistically:

A) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle.

B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time.

C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night).

D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably.

E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep.
Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep.

F) do not over engage mind in television in night.

H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle.

I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results).

J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories.

K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process.

Mantra meditation is a process recommended for this age for overall wellbeing. This process automatically improves learning power and concentration. In fact, it is the key process for making the human life successful as it re-awakens the natural blissful state. Mantra meditation simply means chanting the names of god with love and devotion. Early morning time is best suited for mantra meditation.

Drinking water, either plain or in the form of other fluids or foods, is essential to your health:

  • It helps in maintained balance of fluids in our body The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.
  • It helps keep skin looking good. It helps in preventing skin problems like acne. It also keeps your skin moistened and gives it a natural glow.
  • It helps in many diseases related to stomach like gastritis/acidity. Drinking sufficient amount of water daily will avoid the problem of acidity in your near future.
  • It also helps in losing weight in case of obese individuals and also in maintaining weight in case of non-obese individuals.
  • It helps in preventing as well as treating urinary infections.
  • It helps in maintaining normal bowel function and prevents constipation. Actually, water along with a high fibre diet is the perfect combination for those suffering from constipation.

Hello, You always have active sperms. It's better to have intercourse on every alternate day. Increase the frequency of intercourse during the fertile period of your wife's cycle. Your wife' fertile period will be 12th-18th day of her periods.

Pain during periods is very common nowadays due to unhealthy lifestyles. For this you need to change your lifestyle. 1) Avoid eating junk & spicy food. 2) Have black tea with ginger & 1 tsf cow ghee 3) make ladoo of urad daal fried in sesame oil & mixed with jaggery. Have 1 daily for 3 months 4) Eat two tbsps of flax seeds during your period 5) drink a lot of water & fresh juices 6) Go for matra vasti at a panchakarma centre 7) Half a teaspoon of powder of sesame seeds taken with hot water twice daily acts excellently in reducing spasmodic pain 8) Using heating pads or hot water bags around the area relaxes the stiff muscles and reduces pain by bringing oxygen in the area.
