Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Since she is afraid of pain during intercourse, it is natural for her to deny any sexual feelings. A woman rarely will voice her sexual feelings unless she is comfortable with her partner. Try avoiding coaxing her into sex. Let the relationship build ...try necking petting without demanding sexual intercourse. Once she starts trusting you, she will slowly open up.

Dear, thyroid needs to be addressed with great lifestyle change, herbs and therapies. A good healthy life style is needed firstly and some form of exercise walk is needed. See what you eat, have a food diary for 6 days, then concern me.

1.Take crocin 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food and one tablet of Aciloc 150mg twice daily before food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

Homeopathy has a number of uses. It is a popular form of medication since it has negligible side effects. Homeopathy can even be used to help reduce weight and maintain a healthy BMI or body mass index. However, do not expect a miracle. Homeopathic medicines act slowly and it can be quite a while before you notice physical changes.

As with any homeopathic medicine, no one cure fits all. When prescribing homeopathic medication for weight loss, a doctor will need to understand your detailed medical history, lifestyle and overall constitution. Homeopathic medication to lose weight works by stimulating metabolism. Thus, in order for the medication to be effective, it needs to be accompanied by regular exercise and a controlled diet.

  • Calcarea carbonica: This is prescribed in cases where weight gain is due to thyroid problems and when fatty tissue is accumulated in the abdomen. They also have a slow metabolism and often suffer from constipation. It can also be prescribed to women suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Disease to trigger weight loss.
  • Natrum mur: Patients who have been prescribed natrum mur for weight loss have usually put on weight due to chronic stress and depression. Their weight is often concentrated on the thighs and buttocks. They also often suffer from anemia.Natrum Mur can also be prescribed in combination with Ignatia when weight gain is triggered by depression.
  • Lycopodium; This is used mainly in cases where excess fat deposits are concentrated on the thighs and buttocks. These people often suffer from indigestion with common complaints of flatulence and constipation. They are also very irritable and prone to overeating.Lycopodium and calcarea carb are often prescribed together to trigger weight loss in patients suffering from hypothyroidism.
  • Nux vomica; A sedentary lifestyle is one of the most common causes for obesity and excessive weight. In such cases, nux vomica is an effective form of treatment. People who can be benefitted by nux vomica often also suffer from constipation and intolerance to cold drafts.Nux Vomica can also be prescribed in combination with Alumina.
  • Antimonium crudum: This is usually prescribed to obese children who have a tendency to overeat. These children also often suffer from indigestion alternating between diarrhea and constipation.
  • Graphites and Sepia: This is usually prescribed to women who may have put on excess weight due to menopause. They can be used on their own or in combination depending on the personality of the woman and the symptoms showcased.

Hello..... Weight gain is due to unhealthy diet and sedentary life... Firstly eat simple food.. Avoid junk food and oily things and spices because they increase fat deposition... Prefer healthy food and also include Salad in your diet...... Drink lots of water.. It also regulate weight...... Prefer skimmed milk and tbeir products....... Avoid cold drinks.. Prefer fresh juices........ Avoid regular tea.. Start green tea.. It also decrease weight.. Take 2-3 cups daily....... Start morning walk... You can join gym or start yoga......... Avoid too much non veg in diet........ All these steps will help you...... For medicine you can consult me.......

bp is slightly more than normal range. it can be controlled by simple medicines like betablockers which have minimal side effects and more Benefits like protection of the heart and brain from attack and stroke reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water with honey reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation reduce weight also go for simple walks take more of seasonal vegetables and fruits.
