All health problems start due to excessive rich food habits. All such problems can be solved if we decide to drastically change our eating habits. PCOS aggravates due to weight and also weight increases due to PCOS. Unless you break this cycle your problems won't end. The only medicine for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida stuff. Add more fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Eat slowly and mindfully. Exercise daily for 40-60 mins. This is essential for good health. Love yourself and respect your body. Respect laws of nature. This is the best path towards good health and happiness.

My both fallopian tubes are blocked as per medical report. Is there any treatment or chance of getting pregnant?

My both fallopian tubes are blocked as per medical report. Is there any treatment or chance of getting pregnant?
If both of your fallopian tubes are blocked then you can conceive by ivf. In ivf, this process of fertilisation happens outside the woman's body. In this your eggs are surgically removed and fertilised in a laboratory using your husband's sperm that has been given as a sperm sample. Next, the fertilised egg, called an embryo, is surgically implanted into your womb.

Hello Dear,Periods occur when the egg formed during each menstrual cycle in the female body is not fertilized and hence ejected out of the reproductive system along with blood and several other tissue cells. The duration of each menstrual cycle is about 28 days Most women will experience their monthly period right from the time they are 13 to the time they are 50. For many women, their monthly period is nothing more than an annoyance; but other women may suffer some problems. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

Hi You might be having some type of infection over there. First thing you shouldn't wash it with soap at all. Other than this don't use any ointment or dusting powder without getting yourself examined by gynaecologist. She can see which type of infection is that and treat accordingly.

Here's What CRYING Does to Your Body

Cornea Cataract & Lasik
Ophthalmologist, Delhi
Here's What CRYING Does to Your Body

What crying does to your body

Do you know that every little activity that you perform on a daily basis impacts your body? what you eat, how long you sleep and even every tear you shed affects your body. Most people are aware of how their body reacts to major activities, like exercising, but few are aware of how the body reacts when they cry.

While you are generally concerned with the mental cause and effect of crying, have you thought about what crying does to you physically? tears are not always shed when a person is upset. Tears are a body's way of expressing itself as well as protecting itself. Everything from a happy ending in a movie to a dust particle in the eye can make you tear up.

There are essentially three kinds of tears. Basal tears and reflective tears help keep the eyes lubricated and irritant free respectively. It is the psych tears, which we commonly refer to as crying, that come as emotional responses.

Crying might be a sign of emotional stress and pain but if you are wondering how it harms your body, the answer is that it does not. Crying does not harm one's body physically. In fact it does better than harm to your body, purely physically speaking. Here's how-

- when you cry, your tears help your eyes remain clear.

- it also has anti-bacterial properties that keep your eyes clean.

- your eyes remain properly hydrated thus reducing any kind of irritation. You might feel dehydrated after a while due to the loss of water and salt.

- even the excess manganese in your body gets washed out through tears.

But for some, the act of crying can cause medical complications. It can lead to fits or can cause an acute shortness of breath. For those with severe heart conditions, there can be a cardiac pain. Crying can take a toll on your body if you have certain medical conditions. For most people crying does more good for their body than harm.
