Sleep is body demand based. At that age 5-6 hrs sleep is sufficient. Have light dinner at 7 pm Don't hit bed directly after dinner No tea, coffee,alcohol.

If sugar has to be the reason, it's low sugars that can sometimes be associated with dizziness. You need to check home sugar readings when she complains of dizziness. The other thing you can do is to get her standing and lying BP checked as well. The other possible reasons could be due to problems with inner ear. If you rule out first 2 things I wrote about, get her evaluated by an ENT doctor. Thanks.

Usually most of the diabetic drugs give better results when taken 1/2 hr before food or meals. If you have acidity or gas problems then some times doctor may advise you to take it after food or meals.

Also called gluten-sensitive enteropathy and celiac sprue, celiac disease is an autoimmune digestive disorder, wherein the consumption of gluten-based foods leads to damage of the tissues that line the small intestine. This hinders the ability of your body to absorb the essential nutrients from the foods you eat.

Causes
Under normal conditions, the immune system of the body offers protection against external intruders. When individuals diagnosed with celiac disease consume gluten-based foods, gluten resistant antibodies are formed by the immune system. This causes them to attack the linings around the intestines, thus causing irritation in the digestive tract and harming the villi (hair-like structures on the covering of the small intestine which absorb nutrients from the food). This impairs the nutrient absorbing capacity of the individual, thus increasing chances of malnourishment.

Symptoms
Celiac disease has symptoms that vary from patient to patient. Some of the common symptoms include:

  1. Digestive problems such as:
  2. Aphthous ulcers which are basically sores occurring in the mouth
  3. Tingling sensation in the legs which are caused by low calcium and nerve damage
  4. Growth issues in children since they cannot absorb the required amount of nutrients
  5. A severe skin rash called dermatitis herpetiformis.
  6. Musculoskeletal problems such as bone and joint pain as well as muscle cramps
  7. Seizures
  8. Irregular menstrual cycles

Other complications associated with celiac disease

  1. Miscarriage or Infertility
  2. Osteoporosis. This is a disease which weakens the bones and causes fractures. It is caused because of a deficiency of Vitamin D and calcium.
  3. Intestinal Cancer
  4. Other birth defects: Such as irregular spinal shape because of the deficiency of certain nutrients, especially folic acid.

Hey, I just have a habit I do not eat any rice foods except fried rice and biriyani's im a non veg. And also I will not eat any fruits and all. Suggest me fruits and vegetables which makes me healthier and also say me the rice which I shud eat must. I'm avoiding fried rice and some more I just want some healthy place to eat shall I go to subway? And I want you to tell me a good fruits and vegetables and any juice items im ready to make a diet plan also whatever say me thank you :) and say me how to avoid junk by mentioning them.

1. Daily take two fruits from banana / apple / orange / papaya. 2. Once a week you can have fried rice or biryani. 3. Have curd and salad with each meal. 4. Eat seasonal variety of vegetables. List is too long, can't mention specific ones. 5. Drink lot of water, buttermik and coconut water. 6. Avoid colas, juices, burgers, pizzas etc. You can have once a week limited quantities. 7. Exercise daily.
