I am 28 years male and suffering from heel pain in my left foot. When I touch the right side of the left foot it pains a lot. I think there is an issue with the bone, however, I am not sure. As a patient I have no knowledge about this issue. It even sounds a noise when I move my foot heel up and down. It has been causing me trouble from several months. Hi lybrate-user, you need to wear soft soles and high heel slippers. Do contrast bath for feet. If pain doesn't get relieved, you have to get your vit d3 level checked (blood test). Take care.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out diabetes. Any way it may be tried, -- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100mg +paracetamol 350mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days. --. A-z g0ld 1 tab od x 10 days. (you may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of ac or cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Do mild exercises for knee & legs. (take help of a physiotherapist kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days,

Burning pain in the foot or toes could be due to high uric acid level, get it checked. Also if there is tingling and numbness in the leg which goes to the foot then at some point nerve is getting compressed leading to such sensations.

I have been suffered from feet pain. What should I do to get relief from this pain?
The most common foot complaint is plantar fasciitis. At the first sign of soreness, massage (roll a golf ball under your foot) and apply ice (roll a frozen bottle of water under your foot). Give your feet a rest. Cut back on activities that make your foot hurt. Try not to walk or run on hard surfaces. Do toe stretches, calf stretches, and towel stretches several times a day, especially when you first get up in the morning. (For towel stretches, you pull on both ends of a rolled towel that you place under the ball of your foot.) Get a new pair of shoes. Pick shoes with good arch support and a cushioned sole. Or try heel cups or shoe inserts . Use them in both shoes, even if only one foot hurts.

Hi lybrate-user ,low back pain at this age is mostly due to lumbar strain will suggest to avoid lifting heavy wt and bending activity once pain relieved start physiotherapy core stabilising exercises do consult for proper management.

Do massage with seasame oil one inch above and one inch below the knee 15 times and under the hollow portion if knee in the centre press the point for two minutes. You will be relaxed.

Pain in right knee. Sir/Mam, I have moderate pain in my right knee only, but while bending there is cracking sound in both knees. During cold weather right knee's pain slightly increases and also it feels some inflammatory inside. I consulted a orthopedic doctor and he advised me to have x ray. And then advised me drugs (osteoma PLUS, ECOTOX, RABIKEM DSR, AND DICEF TAB) each 30 tablets for 30 days. But after taking all these medicines I don't feel any improvement. I asked another doctor who advised me to have CALCIUM 500 mg VITAMIN D3 500 iu tablets for couple of months and do some light exercise. please suggest me what should I do? My age is 26 years, weight 60 kgs, No one in my family has this problem, No injury or accident happened. BUT AS I LIVE ALONE AND GENERALLY HAVE FOOD IN HOTEL, SO THERE IS IRREGULARITIES IN MEAL AND ALSO DON'T GET PROPER DIET. (for last 10 years)

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
