Looks like you have some fluid accumulation behind the ear drum hence the feeling of the two surfaces sticking together. An antihistaminic along with a mucolytic tablet should help.

Dear madam, tonsils need to he removed if they get infected and need antibiotics every to 4 months or earlier. The surgery is fine under general anaesthesia and needs 1 day hospitalisation. They can be removed using coblation which reduces the bleeding during surgery and also the pain after surgery.

Hello, First of all, need to improve your immune system! Concentrate more on your diet and lifestyle. So, follow the below points: - Reduce Your Stress. Studies show it can even weaken your immune system. - Build a Strong Social Network. people with healthy relationships are likely to outlive those with poor social links. - Keep a Positive Attitude. Look for the silver lining in difficult situations, and try not to dwell on negative thoughts. - Have a Laugh. - Eat Your Antioxidants. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help you get a healthy dose of antioxidants. These substances found in foods help protect your cells from free radicals, molecules that can damage cells. - Avoid Empty Calories. These include garlic, ginseng, milk thistle, and probiotics like lactobacillus and bifidobacterium. - Keep Your Body Moving. Exercise is a simple way to strengthen your immune system. Any type of movement can help, whether you ride a bike, walk, do yoga, swim, or even play golf. - Get a Good Night's Sleep. Most adults need about 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Hello for throat pain you should do warm water gargling 3-4 times a day, avoid oily and curds. If there has been a voice change you likely might have had infection of your voice box we call it laryngitis. You have to give voice rest and do steam inhalation. If still persists need medications

Get plenty of rest, especially while you have a fever. Rest helps your body fight infection. Stop smoking and avoid secondhand smoke, which can make cold symptoms worse drink lots of fluids such as water and clear soups. Fluids help loosen mucus. Fluids are also important because they help prevent dehydration. Gargle with warm salt water a few times a day to relieve a sore throat. Throat sprays or lozenges may also help relieve the pain. Avoid alcohol. Use saline (salt water) nose drops to help loosen mucus and moisten the tender skin in your nose.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily take augmentin 625 mg thrice daily for 3 days for tonsil

MD-Homeopathy, BHMS

Your medicine in your sentences only, because due to smoking you have problem & in another sentence you have dust allergy & for that you took medicine. If you can't stop smoking it means medicine will be made complication, smoke means dust particles which is causative for your suffering you have to stop then only any medicine will be applicable. If you can't stop smoking at least stop all medicine this will not get complication & side effect. Other than all this you may consult me for any clarification & treatment.

I was using an eye drop'acupat' since day before yesterday. I was known that this drop has some side effect on sinus and I was having sinus infection after started using the drop. But now also the infection has not gone. Will it go after some days automatically? Or should I do something for this? I am so thankful to the doctor who will help me.

Hello acupat is basically an antiallergic. To best of my knowledge it has no bad effect on sinus. Regarding allergy. You should avoid rubbing eyes. Do cold compresses and keep using acupat twice daily.
