Hello, along with your daily exercising you should take gelsemium 30, 3 drops once daily. Hypericum 1x, 2 tab with warm water twice daily. Apply topi arnica on the painful area of the neck. Revert me after 1 week.

For pain do apply ice fomentation & hot fomentation alternatively every 3 hrs for 5 days if pain continues do consult musculoskeletal physiotherapist or orthopaedician asap regards.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Rhus Tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Urtica Urens 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Make a gap of 15 minutes in both the medicines. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *If overweight,loose weight. *Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Avoid foods such as white bread, cakes, candy, sugar-sweetened beverages. *Limit daily proteins from lean meat, fish.Add protein to your diet with low-fat such as low-fat yogurt or skim milk, which are associated with reduced uric acid levels. *Vitamin C may help lower uric acid levels.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. 1.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 2.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 3.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

For ankylosing spondylitis the best suggestion to do general aerobic exercises which includes breathing and all the other exercises which involves the total movements of the proximal joints ie. Neck, shoulder, elbow in the upper limb and in the lower limbs, trunk, hip, knee movements which will facilitate to improve the normal range of motion of the joints thereby improving the blood circulation. You can also try swimming activity, tread mill, cycling etc.

Around the shoulder joint there is a big muscle and 4 muscle are there. That big muscle is inserted into the cervical vertebrae. So, please tell me the exact joint or location of the pain, please. Then i'll tell you the exact treatment plan for you sir. Please don't worry it not a cancer symptom.

This is due to spasm of neck muscles duebto over stretching. And postural pain. Do regular neck muslr exercises slowly and gradually no jerky movement of neck. You can take the help of physiotherapist. Keep your vertebrae in normal position sit erect and stand erect. To avoid these postural problems.

Hi physical inactivity is one of greatest reason for bony pain this days. Remaining pathological changes like severe decrease in back bone spaces c/a intervertebral spaces, compression of nerve, fractures, tb, osteomylitis, physiological like kyposis or scoliosis like disease of back bones may gives you pain. Even wrong sleeping posture or more spongy bed can gives you pain. Muscular spasm over back can pains alot. I had explain in lyman language hope you understood please better you go for x ray. Do exercises. Apply ayurvedic oils like narayan tail do massage daily.
