Never use clove oil directly at site of pain as it irritates tissue and burns it due to its concentration. Warm water salt gargle and qudrajel ointment if you don't get exact ointment try to find where ever it will be available it will work wonder instead of all those garlic or clove or disprin.

Following could be the causes: * tingling (vibration) can be caused by a disorder of the neck spine, disorders of the elbow, wrist, hand or the fingers itself. The other causes may include: *overuse of the wrist * constant or repeating leaning on the wrist: (cyclists, crutches users, weight lifters.) * hypoglycemia can cause shaking/shivering hands - check on your sugar levels * hypothyroidism could cause vibration in hands/fingers * too much caffeine can make your hands shake - caffeine is present in coffee, tea and soft drinks. * do not skip meals - not having your meal on time or starving, fasting leads to shivering. Note: do not delay and consult your doctor to diagnose the problem. Your doctor will discuss your medical history and general health. He may also ask about your work, your activities, and what medications you are taking. Regards!

Hi, You will require an x ray done for the tooth and check the position of the wisdom tooth.It may require extraction or if the cause is the tooth just in front of it then a filling or root Canal should help.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same. For headache please consult a general physician and check your bp. Best wishes.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Your hair are a defining factor towards how you look. A receding hairline is a common problem in men of all ages as it attacks youth in their twenties itself. Although it is rare in women, it may happen because of ageing, menopause, pregnancy or illness.

Follow these simple ways to stop baldness or at least prolong it, while you still can.

1) see what you eat - if your protein intake is less, it is a good idea to increase it. Include egg, fish, bean sprouts, raisins, soy protein, walnuts, oats, green peas, and green leafy vegetables in your diet. Minerals also help reduce temporary baldness (esp. In women). Add copper, iron, potassium and magnesium to your diet through spinach, eggs, seeds and nuts. Vitamins a, b, c and e are essential for healthy hair. B complex vitamins present in cereals, potatoes, cod etc and b12 present in dairy products should be a part of your daily diet.

2) massage your hair - when hair dries, our scalp dries eventually. The dry hair follicles become inactive which weakens your hair and causes hair fall. Massaging your hair is advisable as it restores blood circulation in your scalp and ensures that your hair gets ample nutrition to be active and strong. Canola oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, olive oil as well as mustard oil are said to be beneficial for your hair.

3) take care of your hair - your hair needs as much care as the rest of your body does. Most hair styling products make your hair look good in the present moment, they will only make your hair go weak and brittle in the long run. This will lead to hair fall. Use hair products recommended by dermatologists, when needed.

Please do a urine test r/e and culture to understand if he is having uti. Secondly wash the lower abdomen with warm water - if this is helpful. If there is a insect-bite that needs to be identified and treated. Give him arsenic alba 30 - thrice for next 2 days for further queries get back to me.

Kindly stop gutka. Visit your dentist soon; preferably an oral pathologist or oral medicine specialist. By your symptom and history it may be an early submucous fibrosis, a condition in which there is reduction in mouth opening when person is habitual to gutka or supari chewing.

The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts. Along with these do regular exercise. Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.
