After brushing my teeth, During coughing in morning I found lil red spot in it. What was that? Even I am healthy and have no health problems.

May be due to damage with the brush to the surrounding tissue. Don't worry if u don't have any other symptoms

I am suffering from cold since last two days. when I cough. Blood comes out of my mouth? Is everything normal? I am scared.

Blood coming out is not a good sign. Get yourself evaluated at the earliest. Will need to do few tests and checkup for the cause
