Really its unfortunate dealing since long. please consult in person with Gynecologist as its concern with Reproductive age n system. Till then Reduce your salty n sour food n drinks. Use V wash or Trifala+ haldi+ Lodhra boiled water for washing your perineun/groin. Twice aday.

Have water soaked 12 almonds to start your day go for a walk have lemon water with 1 and 12 tsp of honey in it have milk with 3- cashew nuts have as much water as you can have salad regularly

I want to get weight. I am 20 year old but my weight is only 46 kg. Give me some advice to gain weight.
Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Go to bed at night at 10 pm daily for sleep. You can set alarm to wak up early in the morning. Avoid stress at night and in day. Do yoga -meditation in morning. Stamina on bed means sexual power or other. Pl. Tell me. You can take protein diets. And take ginseng for sexual stamina and physically stamina.

Exercise daily. Do for morning walk. Do yoga & meditation daily. Eat healthy nutritious foods. Have more milk & ghee in your diet. Take light & easily digestible foods.

Hi, to build your body the right way, you need to take good protein foods in the diet which are low in fats, distribute your meals over the day into 5-6 times, and also do good weight bearing or strength trading exercises, or you could join a gym too.

I am 50 yrs old. I have even slight arthritis, thyroid &cartilage wear. I even recently (3 months ago) got operated for meniscus tear in the left knee. Still I have got pain in the left knee. Hence I cannot walk for long time. What should I do?

It usually does not take so long to recover from arthroscopic surgery. Anyway sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them. •Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies. Note – If you eat French fries regularly, limit your potato consumption to twice a week. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Chakkar may be associated with some common problems which people tend to ignore. It's tia i. E. Transient ischemic attack due to cervical disc syndrome. It could be problem of the ear in balancing the body. It could be hypoglycaemic problem. It could be hypertension. It could be simple anaemia. Please get basic tests done like hb, sugar and please tell if there's any radiating pain in arms etc.

Hello, to be fit you need to take enough, protein, vitamins minerals, fiber, and good fatty acids in your diet, so eat all type of food, from where you get these nutrition. Do some physical activities every day for 1 hour. Drink more water in a day. Have a adequate rest to get better health, especially if we are working in a ac environment, we have better chances to expose to all new kind of diseases, like vitamin-d devifiency, diabetes, cholesterol. I have feeling pain on my upper knee after 2 days pain was on left upper whole thigh taking pain killer subsides the pain. But after 2 days there is lot of tight ness and swelling on upper side of the knee kindly suggest what action should I take as am having lot of pain n not able to perform day to day work. Please do take balance diet always. Keep your bowels clear take a glass of milk and banana daily in morning and a glass of mixed fruit juice in evening daily. Fast heart beat can be due to gas/acidity/taking extra salt in your diet, etc. Take natrum phos 6x - twice daily 4 tablets and get back to me after a week for further treatment.
