Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly : • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly . • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam . • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes . • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily . • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily . • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric ( haldi ) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it . • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily . Drink a glass of milk daily .

I am suffering from a stomach pain since past 3 days. There is constipation and gas too, what can I do?
Constipation is a condition of the digestive system where the sufferer has hard feces that are difficult to expel. In most cases, this occurs because the colon has absorbed too much of the water from the food that is in the colon. The slower the food moves through your digestive tract, the more water the colon will absorb from food. Consequently, the feces become dry and hard. Defecation (emptying the bowels) can become very painful, and in some serious cases there may be symptoms of bowel obstruction. When the constipation is very severe; when the constipation prevents the passage of feces and gas, it is called obstipation. 1. Take 10 ml of lemon juice (nimboo ka rass) and add 200ml of water to it with one teaspoon full sugar and drink it twice a day. 2. Eat old jaggery (guda) 4-5 gm daily. 3. Consume fig (anjeer) with luke warm lik at night. 4. Drink glass full of milk with 5-10 ml of ghee at night. 5. Consume grape juice 10-20ml twice a day. Take triphala powder 3-6 gm with luke warm water at night. 6. Drink 10-15 glasses of water in a day and add salad in your diet.

You need to follow a healthy lifestyle. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up.

The first thing you should do is to eat foods that are high in fiber, This is because fiber rich foods absorb uric acid from the blood. Your kidneys then 'throw' out the excess uric acid. Try to eat Oatmeal, Spinach, cauliflowers and Isabgol in milk if possible.  Please use olive oil to cook your food. Kindly avoid vegetable oils because they become unhealthy when heated twice. This leads to rancid fat in the body. These destroy vitamin E, that in turn controls uric acid levels. Olive oil also curbs uric acid by itself.  Vitamin C chewable tablets taken 500 mg daily lower uric acid levels within 4 to 8 weeks.  Try to stop intake of sweets, cakes and pastries. Saturated fats are bad for you.  Many fruits have got potent anti-oxidant properties, like celery seeds, grapes and tomatoes, and these prevent harmful toxins from attacking your organs - releasing uric acid.

Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

Dermatitis: (skin rash) has been reported occasionally in patients using gluthionine soap. You should stop using the soap if it is irritating your skin. Some soaps can be very harsh and remove the oils and this too can cause peeling. Using a lotion afterwards might help.

•Combine turmeric powder and gram flour. •Add oil and lemon juice to this. •Now add enough milk to get a paste like consistency. •Apply this mask to your face or any other body part where you have pigmentation. •Leave for 10-15 minutes. •Now wet your fingers a little and rub them on your face in circular motion over the dried mask. Give more attention to the pigment affected areas. •Do this for about 5 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. •Repeat this 2-3 times a week.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Dear ,you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful.
