It is a triple negative grade 3 invasive ductal cancer. The treatment will depend on clinical and mammography findings. If large tumor or nodes positive, she would need neoadjuvant chemotherapy with marker into the tumour especially if planning for breast conservation surgery. If small tumour, upfront surgery with breast conservation may be offered. Axillary surgery will be sentinel node biopsy if clinically negative nodes. If clinically positive or sentinel node is positive then Axillary clearance will be needed. If multifocal or very large tumour, then mastectomy would be needed. The chemotherapy is usually needed in triple negative cancers. Radiation is needed if conservation surgery is done. Also it is given post mastectomy if large tumour or nodes are positive. The prognosis of triple negative cancer also depends on the stage of the tumour. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

Hi lybrate-user ask her to get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If test is negative then it could be due to hormonal imbalance or stress which needs evaluation.

You can undertake the journey. Perception of morning sickness is subjective and also depends on the level of hormones. If your ultrasound and other reports are fine then nothing to worry.
