Two month pehle mujhe dengue hua tha. Wo to theek ho gaya par, ab mere pairon ke jodon me dard rehta h.
I have lower back pain for almost 3 years now. It is not heavy. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say it's around 2-3. Very rarely it goes up to 4-5 for couple of days. I tried every back strengthening exercise there is. Tried physiotherapy as well. As per MRI report I have disk dehydration between L4-L5, Disk herniation causing thecal sac indentation at L5-S1 & transactional vertebrae at S1-S2. The orthopedics say since the pain is very low I better learn to live with it than going under surgery. Is there any other alternate ways to fix my back pain? Do massage therapy works? And what is your professional opinion on chiropractors? Awaiting your response, Kamal.

It has to be kept in mind that when you are using the ice pack for pain relief, don’t apply it for more than 20 minutes.
