I am of 16 and I have many pimples on my face. So please tell me how can I get rid of it.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS

I am of 16 and I have many pimples on my face. So please tell me how can I get rid of it.
Please don't use any creams or lotions. It suppress the sebum secretion and block the pores which leads to bacterial contamination and results in more pimples. The other causes of pimples are hormonal imbalance, dandruff, diet rich in oil and non veg, poor hygiene etc. Treating acne in the right way at the earliest will remove pimples without any scarring and gives a long lasting results. But acne patients are more concern about the pimples and try all creams and soaps available in markets which creates much worse their condition. There are very good homoeopathic medicines for pimples which gives rapid and permanent results without any side effects. Along with the medicines there are some specific food which should be avoided for the effectiveness of treatment. You should take plenty of vegetables and fruits. Drink 3-4 litres of water. Homoeopathic cream topi berberis (wilmar schwabe) daily night apply. Internal medicines are better than external application.

Yes, you need to control your mind and indulge yourself in something more productive. Keep yourself busy. Meet people, workout, play a sport, do not sit idol for a long time. Rest is up to you, if you control your mind or your mind controls you. It is a healthy habit habit unless you loose your control over it.

Sir I have scabies last 10 days and I went to hospital they gave me a lotion and I applied it. After applying that scabies has gone. But now I m getting itching again what I should do sir.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine Specialist, Faridabad
Scabies is an itchy skin condition caused by the microscopic mite Sarcoptes scabei. It is common all over the world, and can affect anyone. Scabies spreads quickly in crowded conditions where there is frequent skin-to-skin contact between people. Hospitals, child-care centers, and nursing homes are examples. Scabies can easily infect sex partners and other household members. Sharing clothes, towels, and bedding can sometimes spread scabies. This can happen much more easily when the infested person has crusted scabies. You cannot get scabies from a pet. Pets get a different mite infection called mange. Symptoms are Pimple-like irritations or a rash Intense itching, especially at night Sores caused by scratching The infected person's clothes, bedding and towels should be washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer. Treatment is also recommended for household members and sexual partners.Several lotions are available to treat scabies. Medicines that may be prescribed include: 5% permethrin cream: This is the most common treatment for scabies. It is safe for children as young as 1 month old and women who are pregnant.  25% benzyl benzoate lotion. 10% sulfur ointment.  10% crotamiton cream. 1% lindane lotion.

I hv a serious problem of skin. Actuality hvng pimples with white liquid in it wt shud I do?
The hormonal imbalance in our body trigger oil glands to produce excess amounts of an oily substance called sebum. When sebum, dead skin cells and bacteria clog up your pores, inflammation sets in and pimples develop. Oily and fried foods disrupts hormonal activity in your body leading to inflammation which drives up oil gland production, making your skin oilier and inviting to acne bacteria and pimples----------------------------. I am 27 years old, I have a keloid about a inch long in center of my chest. Please suggest me.

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
Even though keloids do not pose a health concern, many people dislike having these enlarged, ugly scars. Some people opt for surgery, injections or laser treatment to remove them. Instead of paying for expensive treatments, there are some simple natural remedies that you can use to take care of your keloids at home for little cost aspirin the same aspirin that you take for headaches and other health problems can also be used to treat keloids as it helps reduce the scar? s size and appearance. 1. Crush three or four aspirin tablets and add a small amount of water to make a smooth, thick paste. 2. Apply the paste on the scar, allow it to dry completely and then rinse it off by rubbing the area gently under water. 3. Pat the area dry and then apply some olive oil or tea tree oil. 4. Do this daily until the keloid is gone. Aloe vera aloe vera is very good for the skin and can be used in the treatment of keloids. It will help reduce inflammation, keep the skin well-moisturized and heal damaged skin. It also helps prevent skin infections. 1. Clean the scarred area thoroughly with lukewarm water. 1.2. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the scars twice daily. 3. To conclude, you can try a variety of home treatments for keloids. Be aware that newer keloids are easier to treat, while older ones may take more time. For treatment consult privately any queries inform me.

I have open pores on my cheeks chin nose so can I use resurfacing cream to get rid of it? Do it work.
Hello, Open pores can be the result of lack of proper cleansing resulting in the deposit of oil, dirt or even dead skin in your pores. It is extremely important that you follow the ritual of a face clean at least once a week which includes a massage with a cream, exfoliation for the removal of dead skin cells and a face pack to close the pores opened while the process of exfoliation. This basic routine makes sure that your skin is always prepped up, cleansed and clear of impurities. - Lemons are one of the most widely used herbal remedy to shrink the open pores as they naturally tighten the skin and brighten it too. -Fruits like Papaya are best known for their exfoliation properties. Using a papaya for cleaning the face not only scrubs away all the impurities but also helps in removing black heads and other impurities of the skin. -Egg whites work as natural dryers of the skin and thus they greatly help in shrinking the pores and helping with the problem of open pores. -Another way of dealing with the problem of open pores is yoghurt. -Fuller’s earth is an excellent medium to control excessive oil and cleansing the skin gently and deeply. -Natural Astringent: there are several other natural astringents which can be used on the skin for the treatment of open pores like peach, pineapple, orange, strawberries and other citrus fruits. Apart from these, you can also use rose water and aloe vera gel for open pores.
