A little bit of belly fat is actually good for you: it protects your stomach, intestines, and other delicate organs. But too much fat is anything but healthy. Extra fat cells deep in your abdomen (aka visceral fat) generate adipose hormones and adipokines?chemical troublemakers that travel to your blood vessels and organs, where they cause inflammation that can contribute to problems like heart disease and diabetes. The good news? Every pound you shed can help reduce your girth. "Once women start losing weight, they typically lose 30% more abdominal fat Abdominal Crunches: ? Lay down flat on the floor. ? Bend the knees with feet on the floor. ? Place your hands by the side of your ears. ? Take a deep breath. ? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times some tips ? Squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated. ? Drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day. ? Avoid junk food at all cost. ? Start exercising. Do � hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Do light weight training for upper body three times a week. ? Snack on a small amount of almonds (5 at a time) throughout the day (4 times a day maximum).

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Apply ointment Kenacort on the canker sore. Use chlorhexidine based mouthwash twice daily, eg Colgate plax, take zinc lozenges, vit B complex tablet once a day, vit C tablet once a day. Take lots of dietary fibre and drink lots of water. Please visit a dentist.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. Take medicine, Passiflora Q, 20 drops in half cup of water, 2 hours before her normal sleeping time If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for further treatment.

Nothing harm will happen, keep urself active in work. If feel tired you can take rest, drink water sufficiently. Take some spicy foods.

Osteoporosis And Its Treatment - All You Need To Know!

Osteoporosis refers to the condition where the bones become fragile and porous, resulting in compression fractures and severe back pain. Over the course of time, due to their fragility, the bones tend to break. Osteoporosis is a leading cause of bone fractures and back pain. in nearly 29% of women between the ages of 40-60 years.

Symptoms to look out for!

  1. Brittle nails
  2. Inability to lift heavy objects
  3. Loss of grip
  4. Receding gums

Risk factors-
Common risk factors for osteoporosis may include-

  1. Family history
  2. Poor nutrition
  3. Physical inactivity
  4. Body weight
  5. Smoking

How is the condition diagnosed?
Often a person having osteoporosis is not aware of the condition until it is diagnosed.

  1. To check for osteoporosis, the doctor will go through your medical history and perform a physical examination.
  2. Bone density test is the ideal choice of diagnosing osteoporosis. Its uses x-rays to measure bone density of the spine, wrist and hips. These areas are mostly prone to osteoporosis.

Treatment of osteoporosis-
Osteoporosis can be treated using the following medications and supplements.

  1. Bisphosphonates- These prevent loss of bone mass. You can either take them orally or your doctor may prescribe an injection. Examples of bisphosphonate include- alendronate, ibandronate etc.
  2. Vitamins- Calcium helps build strong bones. Vitamin-D helps your body absorb the calcium, thereby strengthening your bones. Calcium nitrate supplements work better for older adults as it easily gets absorbed in the body.
  3. Hormonal Therapy- Hormone replacement therapy is a preferred choice of treatment for women suffering from osteoporosis during menopause. It involves the use of estrogen hormone. These are taken in the form of oral tablets or injections.
  4. Teriparatide- This helps increase bone formation and promotes bone density. These self-administered drugs are taken through injections. Teriparatides are prescribed to patients with severe osteoporosis or those who have low tolerance for other medications.

Apart from these, making certain lifestyle changes such as eating healthy, exercising etc. are also crucial for long-term results. This improves mobility and bone health. Consult a doctor and get yourself checked for osteoporosis early in life.
