Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. There are many effective ayurvedic medicines for this purpose. Take pranacharya heman capsule and syrup with water twice a day. We need to find out the cause of itching before treatment. There are causes like urticaria, eczema, allergic reactions, liver and renal systemic causes, contact dermatitis etc. Some topical therapy, soothing agents like calamine lotion or moisturizer can be used along with antihistamines. If you find any causative factors- any dietary substance, dust, exertion, etc, try to avoid it.

Toilet ke time mera sperm lic ho jata h jor lgane se ye bhoot dino se ho rha hhh. Please suggest me.
Stop masrubuting and avoid watching porn and start regular exercise 1. Excessive masturbation of 4 or more times in a day, daily is physiologically almost impossible. After repeated masturbation acts our testosterone level get burnt out. We simply don't feel the urge anymore and naturally, we don't tend to get the erection. Nature has its own way of limitations. This is what is happening with you. But this effect is short-term. You will soon regain your sexual urge and the proper erection after you stop masturbation for a few weeks! but yes, masturbation is a healthy sexual habit but when it exceeds 3/4 times a week and that too regular. Or when it becomes an obsessive compulsive act as you have mentioned, then there are lots of dangerous side effects. Apart from sexual side effects like impotence, loss of libido, premature ejaculation etc. It will harm your physical, mental, and psychological health. It will lead to anxiety, depression, concentration problems among others. For treatment medicines consult privately any queries inform me.

Doctor I have a problem. Whenever I am having a sex with my partner. Everytime my partner laugh at me when I take out my penis because of its size n length. I do not know what to do. My penis length is just only 10 cm after erection.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Doctor I have a problem. Whenever I am having a sex with my partner. Everytime my partner laugh at me when I take out...
Everybody have different sizes and the size is not important for doing or enjoying sex. Here are some key points about the average penis size. While 85% of women were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis men were less sure of themselves.1  45% of men believe they have a small penis.  It has been concluded that flaccid lengths range around 7 to 10 centimetres (2.8-3.9 inches).  Flaccid circumferences range around 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches).  Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimetres (4.7 to 6.3 inches).  Erect circumference is around 12 centimetres (4.7 inches).  A higher BMI and older age appear to be weakly associated with a shorter erect penis length.  Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves.1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The average penis size to be as follows: Average length for an erect penis is 14.2 cm (5.6 inches) Average circumference of an erect penis is 12.2 cm (4.8 inches). Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

I am male 45 and I am suffering from kidney disease my creatinine has reached to 5.2 and I want you tell me the Indian diet so that my create nine level can reduce.

MBBS
General Physician,
Creatinine is a breakdown product of creatine phosphate in muscle, and is usually produced at a fairly constant rate by the body (depending on muscle mass of your body. Its filtered by your kidney only so if your kidney starts malfunctioning its level rises in serum. So to reduce your creatinine level almost solely dependant on how your kidney is functioning. Now you might be having chronic kidney disease. So you have to follow strict diet to not get any complications of ckd like hyperkalemia (high potassium in blood, high bp, low calcium and high phosphates in blood or anemia. Low potassium diet should contain rice, beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cooked bread and bread products (not whole grains, pasta, cauliflower, celery, coffee cherriescorn, pies without chocolate, cucumber, cookies without nuts, lettuce, white mushrooms, peaches, onions, pears, peas, peppers, plums, radish, strawberries, water chestnuts, tangerine can be taken. Most of the fruits have high potassium but fruits like watermelon (limit to 1 cup, pineapple or apple of medium size, strawberry, cranberries can be taken in small amount. Avoid milk and milk products, meat, egg, salt in high amount. Take max 2 litres of water in a day. Regular follow up of bp, blood sugar and serum urea, creatinine should be done. Iron folic acid tablets can be taken after meal if you are anemic.

I am having fever from last few days, n sometime it irritates as much as I can't. Tolerate it?
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or more may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used in children during a viral illness. -Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and donot overdress. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause dehydration.Drink plenty of fluids.Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water especially before meals, or after returning from a public places or using public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Too much cholesterol in the blood can lead to cardiovascular disease. What you eat has a direct impact on your cholesterol level. In fact, a diet rich in fiber and other cholesterol-lowering foods may help lower cholesterol as much as statin medication for some people. Working with a registered dietitian and doctor is the key to develop and maintain a successful health program to manage it. I will inform you on how to make diet, lifestyle changes, make you understand instructions for taking medication because it won't work if you don't take it as directed. Consult privately for a holistic dietary therapy to solve your problems.
