She have permanently back pain. So which type of precaution she should take in general life to avoid such pain.
Homeopathy is one of the most important and effective therapy for back pain. Homeopathy produces excellent results in backache treatment without producing any side effect and is extensively used in all over the world. Homeopathy is a nature system of healing and that is why it can heal whole symptoms of illnesses and it also cure the illness from its root. Back pain is one of the people?s most frequent complaints. Eight out of 10 people are suffering from back pain. It is a third leading cause for surgery. Surgery is considered to be the most common or ultimate solution to this problem. Unfortunately, significant number of people still doesn?t get a complete relief from this problem even after the complicated surgery. Do not get frustrated Homeopathy can change your life? Tips for backache: Heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. In case it continues consult a acupuncture/acupressure dr. In your place. Also take calcium tablets for a limited period 2 months

3 Simple Stretching Regimes for Mid Back(thoracic) Pain

3 Simple Stretching Regimes for Mid Back(thoracic) Pain

Lat Stretch on Stability Ball

Flexibility in the latissimus muscle is important for good posture. When this muscle is tight it pulls the shoulders forward, separates the shoulder blades, and contributes to “rounded shoulders.” This stretch helps to lengthen the muscle.

1.Sit up with your knees and toes on the floor and head facing forward. Place both hands on top of the stability ball with your palms up.

2.Slowly roll the ball away from you as you move your upper body into a flat back position.Once you feel slight tension, hold this position for 20 to 30 seconds and return to the start position.

Modification: Support the flat back position with one hand on the ground directly under the shoulder and stretch the opposite arm before switching.

Kneeling One Arm Reach on Stability Ball

Limited range of motion above the head is often due to tight upper back muscles. Releasing the tension in these muscles can improve the ability to perform activities that require reaching above the head. Whether you’re serving a tennis ball or reaching for a high shelf, this is an excellent stretch to improve mobility.

1. From the kneeling position, rotate the hips back to your heels and place your right hand on top of the stability ball in front of you.

2.Raise your hips and extend your right arm over the ball until your torso is parallel to the floor and your right arm is fully extended. Feel the stretch along your right side and then repeat with the left arm.

TIP: For an alternative to kneeling, stand with the stability ball against the wall from shoulder height to overhead. Step closer to the wall as your arm reaches higher.

Kneeling Rotation

It’s easy to forget how often we depend upon back rotation in daily activities, such as lifting a bag of groceries or throwing a ball. This series of movement isolates the upper back and strengthens the mid-torso and back muscles.

1. Begin on your hands and knees with your back level and abdomen tight. Place your right hand behind your head with your elbow pointing straight out.

2.Rotate your torso inward, keeping your hand on your head and drawing your right elbow toward your left hand. Turn as far as possible until you feel a complete stretch.

3.To complete the movement, rotate your torso upward as far as possible until you feel the stretch along your left side. Repeat this sequence 3 to 5 times and switch to the left side.

TIP--

Keep your head and neck in line with your back and open your chest

Vitamin d deficiency is common and is often underestimated as a cause of chronic leg pain. Please check your vit d and calcium level first. Other causes of leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Best wishes.
