Hair fall is likely to happen on oiling ,washing and combing. If you miss wash on alternate days then the day when you have hair bath, you will notice more hair fall.Don't worry about it. If hair comes out even on sightless touch then it is considered as hair fall.Try to eat more protein rich diet.Drink 2 lit of water. If the hair fall persist then consult Trichologist.Scalp check is very important in this case .

Dear Lybrate User, The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) HEIGHT OF THE PERSON:- Every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) TESTOSTERONE HORMONE:- Less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) SEXUAL DISEASES:- Patients suffering from Erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) FATTY TUMMY:- With every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2 cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2 cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. In normal condition when an individual undergoes sexual arousal blood flow is directed towards those muscles of penis. As a result the muscles of penis gets pumped up & increase in size. This phenomenon is externally manifested as the erection of penis. The plan of action behind increasing the size of penis is to increase the amount of blood flow to those vascular muscles of penis. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body & the muscles of penis are no exception. But it is quite impossible for the vascular muscles of muscles to undergo any type of weight-training. Here the PENIS DEVELOPER SET comes in handy. The PENIS DEVELOPER SET helps in pumping blood to those vascular muscles without any type of weight-training. The PENIS DEVELOPER SET creates a partial vacuum around the penis which leads in rushing of blood to the vascular muscles of penis. As a result the vascular muscles of penis gets pumped. Continuous use of the PENIS DEVELOPER SET leads to hypertrophy of the muscles of penis which results in the increase of the size of the muscles of penis and thus the penis looks bigger. There is no specific medicine to increase the size of penis. However, you may have come across a number of gimmicking advertisement of medicines which claim to increase the size of penis. Don’t fall prey for any such advertisement because the penis won’t get bigger unless there is an increase of the size of the underlying vascular muscles of penis. You can buy the vacuum operated PENIS DEVELOPER SET from local medical appliance store or you can order for it online. Use the Penis Developer Set for at least 30 minutes daily. Kindly remember that the penis will not remain erected all time. It will remain contracted & flaccid throughout the day. However, you can observe the increase in the width & length of your penis whenever you undergo erection.

Hello and happy monsoon to all my fellow indians. While the fine rain droplets cool the dusty earth getting drenched in rain is a joy for many and pain for others. Keep your skin healthy this monsoon by following these simple tips.

1) scalp hygiene - wash your hair regularly with anti dandruff shampoo/ketoconazole shampoos.

2) foot care - make sure you dry the area between the toes and wear washed and dried socks. You can put an antifungal powder inside your socks. This will keep your feet free from fungus.

3) moisturizing and applying a sunscreen - is important even on cloudy days.

Keep in mind the above tips and enjoy the monsoons.

Contact Lens Discomfort - What to Do

Cornea Cataract & Lasik
Ophthalmologist
Ask Free Question
There are many reasons why we are required to wear glasses or contact lenses including poor vision, far sightedness, inward eyelids and a variety of other conditions. These contact lenses have to cleaned, worn and stored properly so as to avoid complications in the eyes. Contact lens discomfort includes symptoms like redness, puffiness, swelling, itching, watering and burning of the eyes along with cloudy vision and pain. If you are facing contact lens discomfort, here is what you will need to do.

Cleanliness: the first thing to do when you face even a slight discomfort is to check your lenses properly. You will have to ensure that you clean your contact lenses before and after use, especially if they are not the disposable kind. Yet, any discomfort can point at the fact that there may be some contaminants and infectants lurking around on the surface. Ensure that you clean the lenses again and then wear them. You must make sure that your hands are clean when you are handling them and that you are not using a lint ridden towel to dry them off as this lint can easily get onto the surface of the lenses and cause severe itching, irritation and burning.

Make up: have you used your make up before wearing your contact lenses? then chances are that you have transferred some of that makeup onto the lenses while wearing them. This makeup can get trapped in the lenses and cause severe discomfort. So remember to apply your makeup only after you have worn your lenses, and remove the makeup only after you have removed the lenses so that you avoid any discomfort.

Type of contact lenses: prolonged discomfort and pain may point at the fact that your contact lenses are less than ideal for you. You may want to book an appointment with your ophthalmologist in order to check the lens fit and size as well as the material of the lens, as unbeknownst to us, we may be allergic to certain material. Find out whether you need a hard or a soft material or if the soft disposable lenses have some elements that are not suiting your eyes and skin.

Environmental factors: you may also want to check with your doctor about conditions like humidity and heat as well as harsh winters and rain in case your contact lenses are causing problems for you. The doctor may be able to change the contact lenses as per the weather conditions so that you are more comfortable.

Tear film stability and dryness of the eye should also be checked before wearing a certain type of contact lens.

One powerful way to build confidence is by practicing self-compassion. “Self-compassion means we have our own best interests at heart,” Welford said. “We learn to support ourselves in the same way that we would support a friend or relative.” But this might sound utterly impossible to you, especially if you’re more used to beating yourself up. Many of us treat ourselves like the enemy. We regularly judge, criticize and condemn ourselves. Fortunately, self-compassion can be learned. Here’s how. Self-Compassionate Techniques There are many exercises for practicing self-compassion. “We are all different and what is important is to find something that works for you,” Welford said. Here are several techniques to try. 1. Write a compassionate letter to yourself. When doing this exercise, Welford shares several guidelines in her book, including: Validate your feelings and the reasons you’re struggling; remember that millions of people struggle with their self-confidence; remember that everyone struggles, in general (it simply means being human); and try to be understanding, accepting and nonjudgmental. Write a supportive letter to yourself from the perspective of a compassionate person (someone who has your best interests and well-being at heart). You can start the letter with this sentence: “I am sorry that you are having a difficult time at the moment and are struggling to build your self-confidence.” Another option is to “write a letter to yourself from an older, wiser, compassionate you. What would you say to yourself now, and what would a compassionate future look like?” Welford writes. 2. Focus on your well-being. For Welford this exercise is most helpful. First, she engages in “soothing breathing,” an exercise that “aims to bring calmness and a sense of inner warmth and well-being to the mind and body.” According to Welford, it involves: finding a place that’s distraction-free; sitting in a relaxed “yet alert posture;” and closing your eyes or lowering your gaze. “Rather than counting your inhalations and exhalations, let your body find a breathing rhythm that is soothing for it.” When your mind naturally wanders, gently bring it back to your practice. Then Welford asks herself: “What can I do for myself today that will make tomorrow a better day?” For instance, instead of mindlessly watching TV, she might go for a walk or call a friend. 3. Take action. As you build your self-confidence, what are your goals? What would you like to work on? Welford has worked with individuals who’ve set such goals as: meeting new people, speaking in public, asking for help, stopping needless apologizing, expressing their emotions to others and saying yes (or no). Once you have your goals, break them down into small, specific steps in increasing difficulty. Next, brainstorm how you can prepare for the situation, such as practicing soothing breathing and writing a compassionate letter to yourself; the obstacles that might come up; and how you’ll navigate those obstacles.
