Hello, thanks for the query. Forgetfulness or memory lapses is a sign of stress or anxiety which can occur due to variety of reasons like improper lifestyles, addiction, mental illness like depression etc. Here I am suggesting few simple tips & tricks which you should do for next 10 days. I hope they will work for you like they have worked for many of my patients. 1. Sleep at least 7 consecutive hours at night 2. Do 30 minutes of rope skipping or brisk walking daily 3. Do at least 15 minutes of pranayama or meditation daily 4. Avoid smoking, alcohol & spicy foods at night 5. Study in this format, 30 minutes study followed by 10 minutes break in which you have to walk around or do stationary cycling. Get back to me after 10 days for next action plan. Good luck.

Hello sai, first of all drink lot of fluids especially with ors to prevent fluid loss. There are 2 different scenarios to control loose motions. If without blood/non infective then we can give loperamide for short term along with other measures and if it is with blood/infective then the approach is different with antibiotics and all.

I am 54 years old. For high bp I take eritel 40 daily one tab in the morning. For cholesterol I take rozavel 10 daily in the night after dinner. For last few months the skin under my both feet are peeling off and dryness is observed even itching feeling is there. I get relief when I apply any I have put moisturizing cream. Kindly advice perm, anent remedy.

high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Psychiatry - I am 34 years old male. I have been on sulpitac and stilnoct for around 4-5 years for delusions and paranoia. Recently doctor started modalert in morning because of concentration, restlessness and focus problems at work. Though modalert benefited a lot at work but it led to increase in paranoia symptoms. The sulpitac dosage was increased but still I am facing problems. I think it needs to be increased more. I think I was much better without modalert. I do not want to take it. Now I am finding it very difficult to get off modalert. What is the way to get off it. Is there some alternative. If your life is disturbed by your delusions and paranoia, you need sulpitac - may be more. If you want concentration at work, you need modalert. Sticking a balance needs help from a psychiatrist. Please don't adjust yourselves. Inform doctor your problem during a particular time and he/she will adjust the combination of drugs. You can get rid of modalert by gradually shifting to another antidepressant. Supplements are only supplements - they need to be added to antidepressant tablets. They will also help.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Foods to avoid in case of acidity:
Spicy foods and thick curry or gravy containing red chilly.
Citrus fruits such as oranges and grapefruit as they are high in acid.
Full fat dairy products such as sour cream, cheese or ice cream.
Coffee, tea, chocolate and soft drinks.
Peas, beans, broccoli and cabbage.
Tomatoes and onions.
Pickles.
Raw salad vegetables like onion, radish, cabbage, and peppers.
Carbonated beverage which stimulate the stomach and irritate the esophagus.

Diet modifications advised for acidity and dates, figs, apple, papaya and pomegranate can be added to the diet.
Carrot leaves, celery leaves and curry leaves are helpful in controlling acidity. Vegetables like carrot and beet root are good for relieving acidity.
Spices like cumin seeds, coriander and cardamom should be taken.
Include barley, jowar and wheat in food.
A glass of cold milk is also helpful.
Almonds are also a good remedy for relieving heartburn and acidity.
Take some mint leavesand chop these, then boil in a cup of water and sip slowly after meals.
Eating bananas is also helpful in preventing the symptoms of acidity. Basil (tulsi) leaves help to get relief from burning, nausea and gas.
Eating cucumber or watermelon is useful to fight against acidity.
Ginger is useful for digestive disorders.
Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily.
Drink 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water early morning relieves from acidity.
Should not lie down soon after having meal.
Eat small meals in small intervals based on whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals and proteins such as chicken breast and eggs.

The 12th feb sex is not dangerous..but since you have missed period you might be pregnant. Little spotting called implantation bleed can be mistaken as periods. Do a pregnancy test
