Eating salmon fish will help in reducing your body weight as it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. • Make it a point to eat two to three servings of salmon in a week as it has very low fat when compared to red meat. • Salmon help in burning fat faster in your body and will also help in boosting metabolism. • But, you should never have fried salmon. Eat roasted, grilled or baked salmon instead.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with vitamin c combined diet like. Green tea with lemon juice, sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods, jam jelly, ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval. Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user, The best way to reduce weight is to reduce the intake of carbohydrates, sugars and fat and increase the intake of proteins (animal proteins like- chicken, eggs, fish etc and plant products like- tofu, paneer, milk, soy milk etc) and fiber in your diet. Keep yourself hydrated all day. Also avoid the intake of salt after 7 pm in the evening. Avoid saturated fats like- cream, mayo etc. And also avoid starchy foods like- potato, white rice etc, avoid refined flour and its products. Also exercise or walk for at least 15 -20 mins daily. Just by drinking green tea fat is not burnt, though it is better than regular tea as it has lesser calories. Means it will not add more fat. One can have it 2-3 times a day.

For body building and weight loss you should do exercise like swimming,skipping,push up,sit ups,weight lifting and muscle build up exercise.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Take lots of fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Theses will help in weight loss.Eat fish,egg,pulses,soy products,skimmed milk.Use healthy fat.Take nuts,seeds.Drink lots of water specially before meals, You can use whey protein supplement or ENSURE or B-Protein.These are nutritional supplement without side effect.

1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Eating every 2 hours increases basal metabolic rate also. If you follow this over a period of time you will see that your intake of food has decreased Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc.

Hello lybrate-user, you can have rice without starch but you should have only in lunch. Avoid rice, potato,fried foods in dinner.

Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have an early dinner and keep it light. Eat healthy home cooked food with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Hi, lybrate-user there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements which helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet planbreakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit tablet -- daily after breakfast cytofresh tablets-- daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet daily--after lunch and dinner.
