1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion.

Mr. Arvind ji my 1st advise is for you to start physical exercise, practice meditation daily, 2nd try to find out the reasons for depression, (as you're not mentioned in your query) and its solution. Change your diet to natural, antidepressant food.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

10 signs she will be bad in bed

Keeping your eye out for a few attributes could give you an idea on how much satisfaction you can expect from her in the hay.

No one wants to get in bed will someone who could potentially be a bad lay, but short of having psychic abilities, it is almost impossible to know how a woman will fare in bed. Or is it? Keeping your eye out for a few attributes could give you an idea on how much satisfaction you can expect from her in the hay.

1. Bad kisser: Most bad kissers make bad lovers. Kissing is a sensual act and if her kissing does not turn you on, it is unlikely that anything else will.

2. Bad at non-verbal communication; When a woman knows how to use her body to communicate what she wants outside the bedroom, chances her, she will know what to do with her body inside it.

3. Bad dancer: There is a reason men love to watch women dance. A woman who has the moves in the club will most likely have the moves in the bedroom too.

4. She is reserved: A woman willing to try new things will excel in the bedroom. If a girl is afraid to try a new restaurant, chances are she won’t be up to trying any new sex positions. Adventurous girls make good bed mates.

5. No confidence: Sex, for women is about 99 percent confidence. A confident woman knows how to ask for what she wants will know how to communicate this to you in the bedroom too.

6. She is all talk: When all a woman does is brag about how great she is in the bedroom, you are unlikely to have a good time. If she is, in fact, good, then she would have talked herself too high that no experience will reach that expectation. But, more often than not, only people insecure in bed will feel the need to overcompensate with too much talk. Silent confidence is sexy.

7. She is uptight: For you to enjoy sex, you need to be able to let go. A uptight person will find this difficult to do. Free spirited women tend to be better in the bedroom because they live in the moment.

8. No sense of humor: Sex is fun, and a person who is all too serious will not make a good sex partner. There is nothing fun or sexy about a boring girl with no personality, no matter how good she looks.

9. She is inactive: Someone who spends most of her time just sitting around will be bad in bed. Why? Because good sex requires stamina, flexibility and strength. This comes from having an active lifestyle.

10. She is insecure: When a woman is unsure of herself, this is not sexy. Ladies, even if you are the most insecure person on the planet, you need to fake it until you make it or you are going to have a lot of trouble finding a compatible lover.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.
