Meal # 1 (Breakfast) 4 hard-boiled egg whites. 1 Egg white omelet in olive oil. 2 slices of brown bread. 1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste). Meal # 2 (Snack) 1 serving of broccoli. 3 hard-boiled eggs whites. Meal # 3 (Lunch) Half tandoori chicken. 1 roti. 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Specially cucumber). 1 apple. Meal # 4 (Post workout meal) 1 Banana with whey protein shake. Meal #5 (Dinner) 2 large cups of vegetables and fruits (Including cucumber, watermelon and papaya). ½ cup spinach. 5-6 berries such as strawberries. Masturbation is harmless.

Please Alone medicine, creams etc won't work permanently Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do facial exercises daily Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Do facial massage by milk and turmeric regularly Three times a week Take Lohasav 10 ml twice a day for 3 months Mahamnjishtadi kadha 20 ml twice a day for 3 months Apply skin light cream by Himalaya regularly Use herbal face wash regularly.

Use a salicylic acid based face wash regularly. Apply sunscreen. Chemical peels as provided by a dermatologist. Can help bring about even better improvement.

Sir/mam. 23 male. Medium dark skinned. Have a History of acne. Oily skin during summers and dry on winters. What should be my daily skin regime. My pores are quite visible which is quite odd. *मधुमेह के लिए घरेलू उपचार* 
1. औसत आकार का एक टमाटर, एक खीरा और एक करेला को लीजिए। इन तीनों को मिलाकर जूस निकाल लीजिए। इस जूस को हर रोज सुबह-सुबह खाली पेट लीजिए। इससे डायबिटीज में फायदा होता है।
2. डायबिटीज के मरीजों के लिए सौंफ बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। सौंफ खाने से डायबिटीज नियंत्रण में रहता है। हर रोज खाने के बाद सौंफ खाना चाहिए।
3. मधुमेह के रोगियों को जामुन खाना चाहिए। काले जामुन डायबिटीज के मरीजों के लिए अचूक औषधि मानी जाती है। जामुन को काले नमक के साथ खाने से खून में शुगर की मात्रा नियंत्रित होती है।
4. स्टीविया का पौधा मधुमेह रोगियों के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। स्टीविया बहुत मीठा होता है लेकिन शुगर फ्री होता है। स्टीविया खाने से पैंक्रियाज से इंसुलिन आसानी से मुक्त होता है।
5. डायबिटीज के मरीजों को शतावर का रस और दूध का सेवन करना चाहिए। शतावर का रस और दूध को एक समान मात्रा में लेकर रात में सोने से पहले मधुमेह के रोगियों को सेवन करना चाहिए। इससे मधुमेह नियंत्रण में रहता है।
6. मधुमेह मरीजो को नियमित रूप से नीम के चार से पांच पत्तो का सेवन करना चाहिए।
7. चार चम्मच आंवले का रस, गुड़मार की पत्ती मिलाकर काढ़ बनाकर पीने मधुमेह नियंत्रण में रहता है।
8. गेहूं के पौधों में रोगनाशक गुण होते हैं।

lybrate-user it's very important to stop The acne from erupting because they will leave the marks and scars which are really difficult to treat. Fractional laser along with anti acne medication is a good option and can be tried, you are most welcome in our clinic for the same.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.
