This is very common for babies to pass green stools. If baby is passing urine normally and gaining weight do not do anything.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.

HI Lybrate USER A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hi lybrate-useryou should take a balanced diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-3 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. Foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, banana, rice etc.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Avoid soya products and spinch, capsicum, cabbage. Take small and frequent meals.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hello, First and foremost, there is, no connection between Masturbation and weakness. Masturbation in excess is surely not good as you get addicted. Eat high protein, calcium and iron rich diet.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. When body is thin you are VATA prakruti person then you follow some rules mentioned below 1.1 glass milk add 3 spoons sugar and cow ghee 2 spoons mix properly and take every day morning and bed time. 2. Sleeping right after a workout may promote weight loss. Working out builds muscle, and increased muscle mass results in a faster metabolism -- this helps you burn calories faster, which can help with weight loss. While you sleep your body burns fat more efficiently than when you are awake, so you get double the benefits.  But in your situation Try to sleep in night 8 hrs After a exercise. Better.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You have to eat 6 meals a day to increase intake. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, smoothies, milkshakes, ghee in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Yes, chance of fertility depends on sperm count. As per world health organization it should be minimum 20 million per ml. There is no home test. You have to give semen sample to lab to know quality of semen.
