You have become habitual and dependent on sleeping pills. If you decided to stop its very good but you have to stop gradually. Best alternative is to start ayurvedic medicines for insomnia, they are having no side effects and do not create dependency. Another alternative is meditation and relaxation exercises which will help you a lot.

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

You should lead a healthy lifestyle and have balanced food, cereals, fruits lean meats in stead of red meat fish eggs avoid alcohol and spicy food. Go for morning walk followed by free uh hand exercises regularly. Do some yoga and pranayum like kapal bhatee etc have plenty of water by mouths.

My son is has developed some sort of allergy towards out side food (we are not sure of reason) recently and as a result he is developing rashes on body. Some times his lips & eyes are also swollen. On consulting doctor, he gave calamine & vitamin e lotion along with zintac tablets. The problem subsided only to return at times. Pl advice the next course of action.

Give him homoeopathy for it pulsatilla pratensis 30c 10 drops in 10ml water three times a day for 5 days apis melifica 30c 10 drops in 10ml water three times a day for 5 days follow up me after 5 days he is having angiodema. He will be better.

Hi I am 37 have pcod but doing regular walk of 45 min daily and now pocd was not seen. My cholesterol was 227 and triglycerides was 490 even after taking precautions in diet. My tsh was normal and anti tpo test had a reading of 99. Doctor said my body is moving towards hypothyroidism. Can I do something about triglycerides I do not want to take statin. What can I do about it. I am taking metformin 500 mg bd.

Low carbohydrate , walk and exercise for 45 minutes to one hour should be sufficient to cut down your body but don't expect result in few day, it takes few months to lower body weight and your triglycerides. What is your exact TSH level. If it is normal then you are not having hypothyroidism but for pregnancy to occur and then to grow , TSH value lower than otherwise normal is required . For PCOS get your other hormones I.e FSH, LH, Prolactin, Testosterone tested

Following general measure will help to increase sperm count and motility :- 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Mr. Lybrate-user there more chances of getting infected from std. In anal sex. Anus holds feces that area is full of bacteria. There is continues danger of getting infected. Anal sex is not already safe so in my opinion you should leave it for natural sex.

3 months back I have got a corn on my right palm I haven't consulted a doctor, by using corn caps it got dried but sometimes it is paining. Again I have got corn on my left leg recently. Is this is dangerous? What I have to do to cure this.

Corn is localized skin Thickening. Usually happens on feet and palms. If it is not reducing completely with corn cap, it needs regular soaking and flattening (cutting with Scalpel). This is done by doctor. We can also do regular chemical cautrization. (applications of chemical to flatten it) It can also be removed by radio frequency or laser. You can try applying silactin paint daily on corn area once a day for 15 days.
