Our daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 k cal of energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements, it will be difficult to loose weight. I want leave sugar permanently. What will be the effect to body. Is there any loss to my body for leaving sugar?
Mr Ramandeep Singh, Sugar is Sucrose which is made up of one molecule of glucose and one of fructose (fruit sugar). This is a carbohydrate. Leaving sugar totally means you will not be consuming only sucrose. However, all the foods that we consume like wheat, jowar, rice, bajra and other millets, pulses, fruits, nuts (most of them) and potato, sweet potato, beet root etc all contain STARCH, which is converted to either maltose, then to 2 molecules of glucose. Similarly milk and milk products contain Lactose, which is also converted to Glucose and galactose. So by stopping taking sugar one can not stop getting glucose. Glucose is an essential energy giving fuel to all the ceelular and metabolic activity in the body. Plus our brain uses only glucose for energy. So it is essential. You can stop eating sugar, that will reduce your glucose intake marginally.

Fever with cough and breathlessness with leucopenia are few symptoms of swine flu and for hiv- if cd4 count is with in normal limits than the person is asymptomatic and if the level is low than there can be lymphadenopathy and secondary infections which have their own symptoms.

Dear lybrateuser, -the fast heart beat is due to stress & anxiety -to reduce stress do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, outdoor games for 20-30 min a day, also do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 10-15 min in the morning, you don't have to do these at a stretch, even short periods of 10-15 min spread over the day is beneficial -other than work occupy your mind by reading, listening to music, following a hobby, socializing with friends as these have a calming effect on the mind -eat well balanced, nutritious, home made food, avoid spicy, fried & junk food, more than 2-3 cups of tea, coffee if you take, also avoid alcohol & tobacco -have a good restful sleep for 7-8 hrs at night, for this eat your dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, avoid watching tv & other gadgets 1-2 hrs before bedtime, read a book or listen to music before going to bed -if still not much improvement then consult a doctor as you may require medication.

Daily masturbation is definitely harmful. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Take light dinner always. Do meditation for mental strength. Follow this and give feedback.

To gain weight eat more food more frequently.Eat 5-6 times with extra.Take banana 3-4 pcs/day.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Drink whole cream milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take dense vegetables fruits.Take extra refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat extra protein in diet.Add more healthy oil cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.These basic things will help you.

Dietary recommendations: avoid foods high in iodine, such as seafood, iodised salt, eggs, curd, and milk. Eat cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli, preferably raw. Green leafy vegetables like mustard greens, spinach and kale are believed to depress the function of your thyroid. Consume flaxseed oil and ground flaxseeds, as they are ideal sources for omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin d from eggs, salmon, mackerel and mushrooms. Soybeans and soy products can help an over-stimulated thyroid. Whole grains like millet and brown rice, combined with nuts and seeds are rich sources of zinc, an important element necessary for the body functions that might be depleted due to hyperthyroidism. Avoid alcohol, smoking, tea, coffee, colas, and chocolates. Take a high potency b-complex supplement daily to replenish the b vitamins used up for increased metabolism.

Yes it helps. Along with that I suggest you to have 3 -4 spoons of honey after having breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also suggst you to have dryfruits like almonds, cashews. Please do not skip breakfast. Its must to have food at the right time. Wet dates. Whole milk avocado nuts boiled egg rice-which is rich in carbohydrates contains good amount of calories. By following above said diet. You can find considerable change in you weight.

Tomatoes allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face.------------take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water.------------------apply daily and see the results after 15 days.
