Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Avoid day sleep.

Keep cows ghee in diet, massage your hairs with medicated oil regularly, do regular exercise, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, take proper care of hairs during travelling, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive shampoo, hair conditioners, tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in friedge, fast food, bakery food, salty food, hot drinks, oily,spicy ,outside foods. Hi, There may be some harmonal imbalance in your body. Take tab. M2 Tone 2 tabs twice daily after food for 3-6 cycles which helps in regularising the periods. Walk everyday for 45 mins.

Our daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 k cal of energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements, it will be difficult to loose weight. Ayurvedic home remedies for baldness-
Apply the pure extract of datura leaves. Leave it for 20-30min. Wash thoroughly with water

Take 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder. Add 2 tbsp of honey and 3 tbsp of olive oil. Mix well. Apply on bald patches. Leave it for 20 min. Wash thoroughly with water.

Boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in 6-8 tablespoons of coconut oil until the leaves become black. Strain the oil. Apply this oil to your hair daily at night and massage your scalp only with fingers gently. Massage for about 15-20 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash off your hair the next morning. Use this oil for at least 3 months to get results.

Apply onion juice onto your scalp, massage, and leave it on for about 30 minutes to an hour. Repeat the process daily for a few weeks.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take 1 tsf shatavrex granules with milk twice a day . Do mild exercise or walk daily. Take proper sleep and small and frequent meals. It will help to gain weight.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful.

You are very slim. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Take more of milk, curd, paneer, cheese, desi ghee in diet and less of proteins. Follow this and give feedback.
