increased insulin can lead to hypoglycaemia . it is generally accidental in diabetic pts. it leads to sweating,weakness, anxiety,hunger,blurring of vision,tingling around mouth,disorientation, confusion,seizure, unconsciousness, shock if not treated immediately. treatment is eating something sugary like fruit juice,glucose,biscuits,etc

Hi, I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast – green Juice. Lunch – vegetable pulao with pineapple fruits. Dinner – paneer with green salad. Snacks – 25g almonds with green tea. Suggested supplement Microfruit tab after breakfast Cytofresh tab after breakfast Lipolyzer tummy tab after lunch Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch.

I have never had any disease but yesterday I felt bit giddy. I checked my bp. It was 150/100 in right arm and 120/80 in another arm. I also felt palpitation. Now today I m bit better. Bp is now 130 /90 in right arm n 120/80 in left arm. I am studying most of the time. So I have a sedentary lifestyle. I dnt go for walk or exercise. I sit for most of the time. I m only 27 years old. Go for 30 minutes of casual walk in the evening every day. That's all you need. You will get blood pressure and may be other diseases if you neglect your health. Check your blood sugar, thyroid also. Nowadays people in 20 get sugar.

Good afternoon! the major cause for hair fall is an improper diet. Slight dietary modifications will greatly help to reduce the hair fall. You can include flax seeds (alsi) in your diet. Roast a pack of flax seeds and store it in a container, consuming a teaspoon a day will greatly help reduce hair fall. Also include sabza (falooda seeds) in your diet. You can soak a teaspoon in half a cup of water and consume it. Having a diet rich in protein and zinc will help reduce hair fall as well. Do include greens, sprouts, almonds and walnuts in your diet as well. For your chronic cough problem, a change in diet to build up your immunity would help greatly. Include a green smoothie in your diet, this will greatly build up your immunity. Recipe: equal amounts of dhaniya, pudina, tulsi leaves must be added into the mixer along with juice of half a lemon, 2 cups water and a pinch of rock salt. Blend well, pour in a glass and drink on empty stomach every morning.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
