No the power is not high. As of now he is not a cnadidate for surgery. It is usually done at age of 20 years (girls and boys) as the power can change till then.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

*. Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time.*. Avoid fried and oily foods, nonveg, dry fruits in this hot season. *. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem, without causing adverse effects. Take homoeopathic medicine Bryonia 200 daily in the morning and in the evening and give feedback after 6 days.

Hello lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd apply on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use either onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking saptamrit lauh 2 tab bd with water after meal. Mahabhringraj oil for local application, apply on your scalp with the help of finger tips, do it twice a day. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least check your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall. Dear, *Foods. Aged cheeses, salty foods and processed foods may trigger migraines. Skipping meals or fasting also can trigger attacks. *Stress. Stress at work or home can cause migraines. *Sensory stimuli. Bright lights and sun glare can induce migraines, as can loud sounds. Unusual smells — including perfume, paint thinner, secondhand smoke and others — can trigger migraines in some people. *Physical factors. Intense physical exertion, including sexual activity, may provoke migraines. *Changes in the environment. A change of weather or barometric pressure can prompt a migraine. *Make sure to sleep and eat at regular intervals. *Make sure to sleep at least 7 hours at night. *Avoid fasting. It will increase both Pitta and Vata dosha, worsening migraines. *Do not skip meals. *Early morning walking for 10 minutes in fresh air will help you immensely. *If you get time, go to a nearby Ayurveda center and get massage with Maha Narayana Taila. (once a week). *Or take the oil and do massage yourself once a week and then take bath. *Avoid or restrict green chilli use. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Masturbation doesnot cause a decrease in length if penis, rather no sexual activity does. If you mean the length of your erect penis has reduced then that means you have an inadequate erection. This could be due to various reasons including hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiencies, stress and anxiety etc. You may gat evaluated for above causes consult online for further assistance.

Are you taking any other treatments? like insulin, or allopthic medicine, are your fathers sugar is controlled? if sugar level not controlled please do anything for sugar control, diet restrictions must follow, for fungal infections wash with triphala +neem decoction. And apply jatyadi oil. You also takes panchnimbadi churna 3gm twice daily.

Last 2 days I am having loose motions. Yesterday it was mild so took medicine called roko bt today it is still continuing. Please recommend a good medicine I am going village on monday.

Follow these methods to treat loose motion- 1. Drink a lot of fluids i. E. Lemon water, coconut water, fruit juice, plain water to avoid dehydration in body. Drink ors solution as recommended (1 packet in 1 litre water), 1 glass water after each episode of diarrhea or whenever you feel like drink anything. * roast 1/2 teaspoons carom seeds & make powder & mix 1/2 tea spoon of ajwain in it. Take 1/3 of this mixture with luke warm water twice a day for 3 days. * avoid any workout, travelling & stress * avoid alcohol & smoking completely. * eat only easily digested foods like khichadi, dalia, fruits or salads. If any other symptoms, like, blood in stool, rice water stool, or symptoms worsen, contact immediately to doctor.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. This medication will control your hairloss as well. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Hi you can do abortion. First of all you do one usg scan for early pregnancy to see the location of pregnancy, weather its intra uterine or extra uterine. If its shows that its intra uterine pregnancy than you have to take mtp kit. Its total 5 tablets course 1+4, after that you will experienced bleeding which will continue for 7-10 days. In 95% case mtp kit is successful and you will abort completely. After 10 days you have to do repeat usg pelvis to see weather you had aborted completely or not. This is the solution for your conern thanks.
