Your diet should includeyour diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. Add other greens I hv not mentioned. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or tin can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. While my baby born it was 3nd haf kg bt now its 5kg. 600gram now its 6 and half month old I started giving solid food at 5th month it was taking food butno changes it look very slim scared to catch also stomach slim but from 6 days it will not take proper food except breast milk I do not have enough milk baby will b hunger but also will not take please let me know any solution quickly please..

You. Have given very true story of most of six months children. They are getting addicted to sucking at breast. This mostly happens when mother give frequent breast in night time. In lay man term you call it ziddi. To avoid it, you have to have patience, gradualy child have to recognise the impotance that eating food is better and fills the tummy rather than sucking empty breast.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Dear Lybrate user the information you have provided is not enough to be labelled as learning disorder. for calling it a learning problem we need to understand that if there is real difference in her class performance and performance at home or is she unable to recall the answers or is she makes too many spelling mistakes, or unable to write proper sentences etc. etc. simply writing same numeral or word in the answer sheet could be just a doodles by the child or may be she z not able to recall full answers so just to fill up the answer sheet she may be writing repeated words or numerals. so pls provide clear in depth information so that further help could be provided. take care
