You take r compound tablet 2 after breakfast 2 after lunch 2 after dinner for s month. Massaje narayan taila on painful area. Do some arobic excersices, yoga, walking after dinner 1 to2 km daily.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi looks like you have restless legs syndrome (rls) kindly rule out iron deficiency, diabetes. It can also be due to peripheral neuropathy alcohol and sleep deprivation. Treatment * begin a regular exercise program, *establish a regular sleep patterns, and *eliminating or decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco, may be helpful. *leg massages *apply hot baths or heating pads or ice packs to the legs do reply for detail treatment plan. Hello it seems due to weight you have problem in waist. N little ppbs is high. Usually reduce some weight and ppbs with the diet. Will automatically reduce pain. Advice 1) do not take milk n it's products for 1 months 2) take warm water daily 5-6glass 3) take drum stick in your food daily. 4) don't take spicy, sour, salty, fermented food, cold food, cold water in routine ask for medication in private chat. May be there may be possible of metacarpal strain so do rule out with x ray of wrist joint and for the temporarily you can apply hot and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 15 min duration each time for 5 days and still pain continues do consult musculoskelotal physiotherapist or orthopaedician asap.

Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. Best herbs to battle arthritis-

Arthritis relates to joint pain in the body, and can be in one or multiple locations like the fingers, knees, elbows, hips or jaw.

It can be quite painful as a result of the nerves that surround these joints. A lot of arthritis patients rely on organic foods to treat arthritis instead of relying solely on prescription & allopathic drugs.

Eranda
Regulates vata dosh (humor) due to its sweet , heavy, heating and oily nature. It alleviates pain and swelling of the joints and have good effect on constipated bowels and functioning of liver.
Dosage: powder of roots 3-6 gm

Ashwagandha
Hot potency and madhur vipak makes it excellent pacifier of vata dosha. It has positive effect on the whole body especially vata locations as nerves, joints, ligaments, muscles etc. It helps in relieving pain and inflammation of the joints and alleviate fluid retention
Dosage: powder of roots3 - 6gms

Bala
As the name it gives bala (strength) to the body. Has excellent vata balancing properties. It is a rasayan herb which repairs wear and tear of joints due to aggravation of vata. It relieves pain and inflammation in arthritis. It has positive affect on nervous system and aids in expelling toxic gases from indigestion.
Dosage: root powder/ whole plant powder is 3-6 gm juice of whole plant 10-20 ml seed powder is 2-4 gm

Garlic
It has calcium and phosphorus in abundance which help in repair of wear and tear of bone tissues. It is an effective analgesic and helps to relieve pain (where pitta is not involved)
Dosage: clove of fresh fruit- 1-2

Punarnava
It reduces inflammation and pain in joints. Due to carminative activity it helps in alleviating toxins due to indigestion and relieves constipation. It also detoxify liver and corrects metabolism.
Dosage: roots powder-3 gm, seeds powder- 3 gm,whole plant powder- 2-4 gm,juice of fresh roots - 5-10 ml

Hadjod
It nourishes asthi dhatu and strengthens cartilage and ligaments. It has calcium oxalate in its chemical composition which gives it a unique property of regeneration of bones tissues.
Dosage: powder of dried seeds and leaves - 3-6 gm.

Guggul
It regulates vata dosha( humor) due to its pungent, sweet, bitter and astringent taste , sharp and unctuous nature, which is the primary cause of arthritis. It is equally beneficial in external and internal use. All the above properties makes it good analgesic and anti - inflammatory. It also regulate metabolism due to itshot potency. It increases strength of asthi dhatu and whole body in general.
Dosage: purified and dried guggul- 500mg -1gm

Haridra
Haridra balances vata which is the primary dosha involved in arthritis,antiseptic properties of haridra makes it useful in relieving the pain and inflammation of the joints due to two active chemicals - curcumin and curcuminioids.
Dosage: Powder of dried rhizome of Haridra - 2-4 gm , juice of fresh Haridra rhizome is 10-20 ml.

Rasna
It is laxative, analgesic and antipyretic in nature. It alleviates inflammation of the joints and have positive effect on the neural system. It improves digestion and alleviate abdominal gases which is one of the main feature of vata dosha.

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is an auto immune disease where in the immune system is hyper active. The treatment is via Immunosuppressive medicines. May also require steroid therapy if clinical symptoms are severe. AS has tendency to cause severe hip and knee arthritis in addition to spine deformities. Hence early treatment is necessary to avoid deformities.

I have been experiencing pain and uncomfortable in my left leg for a month now. The pain occurs mainly after I lie down to sleep at night. I cannot sleep during this pain. In the morning, I again experience pain different. My lower back becomes totally stiff, so much so that I cannot move for a few minutes. Also, I cannot bend and work for too long. It seems that you are suffering with muscle stiffness. Generaly is can be cured with exercise and some stretching. But it can be symptom of some other major disease if it is associated with some other symptoms too. Do you have other symptoms like fever, redness, pain in left leg. As it is almost month you are having this pain my advice is you should go for proper and detailed consultation which includes detailed case taking, proper medicines, stretching and exercise guidance. But for once you can take Rhus tox 30 /3 dose per week.

Knee pain hi dear U CAN DO IT …………Knees are the most commonly injured joints in the body. Considering that when you simply walk up stairs, the pressure across your knee joints is four times your body weight, it isn't surprising. Simple, everyday wear and tear can end up hurting your mobility. But it’s not too late. Like a rusty door hinge, with care and maintenance, you knees can be trouble free. Even if you already experience problems, exercising the muscles surrounding the knee joints— Quadriceps (front of thigh), Hamstrings (back of thigh), Abductor (outside thigh), and Adductor (inside thigh)—will help make your knees stronger and less susceptible to injury. Exercise keeps your joints from stiffening and provides needed support, making movement easier and reducing pain. Here are some exercises you can do to both stretch and strengthen the knee area: STRETCHES 1.Chair knee extension: Sitting in a chair, rest your foot on another chair so the knee is slightly raised. Gently push the raised knee toward the floor using only leg muscles. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds and release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 2.Heel slide knee extension: Lie on your back, with left knee bent and left foot flat on floor. Slowly slide the left heel away from your body so both legs are parallel. Hold for 5-10 seconds, return to starting position. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 3.Knee flexion: Sitting in a chair, loop a long towel under your foot (resting on the floor). Gently pull on the towel with both hands to bend the knee, raising your foot 4 - 5 inches off the floor. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 4.Hamstring stretch: Standing, put one foot in front of you, toes up. With hands on the small of your back (or one hand holding a chair for balance), bend the opposite knee and hip (not your lower back), until you feel the hamstrings stretch. The upper body comes forward at the hip. Hold for 5 -10 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. STRENGTH TRAINING 1.Wall slide: Leaning with your back against a wall, bend your knees 30°, sliding down the wall, then straighten up again. Move slowly and smoothly, using your hands on the wall for balance. Keep feet and legs parallel, and do not allow knees to go out over the toes. Repeat 5 -10 times. 2.Bent-Leg Raises: Sitting in a chair, straighten one leg in the air (without locking the knee). Hold for about one minute. Bend your knee to lower the leg about halfway to the floor. Hold for 30 seconds. Return to starting position. Work up to 4 reps on each leg. 3.Straight-Leg Raises: Sitting in a chair, rest your foot on another chair. Lift the foot a few inches off the chair while keeping your leg straight. Hold for 5 -10 seconds. Return to resting position. Repeat 5 -10 times. (Also work on increasing the time, up to 2-3 minutes if possible.) 4.Abductor Raise: Lie on your side, propped on one elbow. The leg on the floor bent, the other straight. Slowly lift the top leg, hold for 5 -10 seconds, then lower. (Ankle weights will increase the intensity). Do 1-3 sets with 12-15 repetitions each. Remember to rest in between sets. 5.Hamstring Curl: Stand with the front of your thighs against a surface (a table or wall). Flex one knee up as far as is comfortable. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds, then lower slowly. If possible, do not touch the floor between repetitions. (Ankle weights will increase the intensity.) Do 1-3 sets with 12-15 repetitions each. Remember to rest in between sets. 6.Step-Ups: Stand in front of a step, like a sturdy bench or stairs, about two feet high (or less if necessary). Step up onto the support, straighten your knees fully (without locking them) and step down. Maintain a steady pace. If you are comfortable with your balance, pump your arms while doing this exercise. Start with 1 minute, slowly building your time. Gets your heart pumping too! 7.Stationary Bike: Biking is a good way to increase strength and range of motion. Make sure you have the right positioning of the legs. At the bottom of the pedal stroke, the bend in the knee should be 15 degrees. Start with 10 minutes and slowly increase your time. Depending on your current level of activity and mobility, a good start is 3 stretching and 3 strengthening exercises, 3-4 times a week. Stretching can be (and should be) done everyday if possible to prevent stiffness and achy joints. These stretches can be done a few times a day if needed I HOPE U WILL FITTT AND FINE THNX…………………………………………………….
