U should use desensitizing paste for 15days twice a day eg. Thermoseal ra paste. Apply on all teeth with the help of finger and left it for 2 minutes then do normal brushing with soft bristles brush.

Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Brush twice a day, keep tooth problems away: Brushing twice a day removes the tiny left out food particles from the mouth and keeps it fresher and cleaner.

Treatment will depend on the irregularity of the teeth. If the discripency is less you can go for treatment like crowns. And invisalign is also an option. But that would be costly.

As of now plan for symptomatic treatment and get all your teeth cleaned through your dentist and if there is any kind of inflammation or pain at the site of xray than we should plan for extraction after clinical examination and if there is no pain than nothing to be done for now and make sure to drink water regularly.

Sir, I had stopped my smoking habits after reducing within two months, by alternate nicogums, still I continuing nicotex, if it is better to continue ,mouth ulcer are occurred frequently, gittness during morning time after wake up and during walking, kindly advice.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
Sir actually its better to stop using Nicotex since it also is a kind of addiction. You had to consult a physician for an opinion and then find a dentist of your choice to get treated for your mouth ulcers. Meanwhile use some topical ointments and gel like mucopain for ulcer.
