Hi, I am a thirty three year old working female with a sedentary life style. Earlier I used to exercise a lot but now due to my work schedule and after having a baby, I am not able to reduce my weight. My height is five fee three inches and weight is 66 kg. I would like to know what diet can I follow to reduce weight. Here I would like to mention that my working hours are such that I cant exercise. Would appreciate if you could suggest me a diet plan to reduce five to six kgs in a month or two. Thanks

Its become difficult to do exercise for our daily schedule.But, if u follow a healthy diet plan properly then you can reduce minimum 5 kg in a month without any side effect.I am giving you a general tips. Avoid outsider foods,deep fried foods,fatty foods,high caloric vegetables,salted foods. Plan according to your working schedule. Contact me.

I am 35 years old. Dear sir/ madam my fsh levels are 64 and tsh 2.2. My hormone levels r high and my doctor has said that fsh levels r too high that have gone to menopause stage. My periods r irregular. For 2 to 3 months. I had one child of 6 years old. But now I am interested for getting second child. So give me any suggestion to have a child naturally. Thank you sir/madam.

Fsh 64 usually indicates menopause- which is too early for you but can happen. You need detailed investigation to detect the cause of it and then we can proceed further.

I have anxiety problems from like last one or one and half year. How to deal with it?
There is an abnormal fear called anxiety and it could do with some contribution from your upbringing. Perhaps you experienced strict parenting; or you were intimidated by dire consequences for failure; perhaps you were brought up believing that you were not as good as others; perhaps you were forced to show undue regard for elders and felt inferior around them, etc. You must immediately seek help from a counselor. In the meantime you must do certain things to build your constitution physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. You need to attend personality development courses, personal grooming courses, conversational skills courses, and definitely a good education will empower you to boost self-confidence and by default self-image. Learn never to compare yourself with others: you are unique and there is only one of your kind, ever. If you let that sink in and appreciate who you are truly, you will go places.

1.Wash your scalp regularly, but don't overdo it. 2.Reduce styling and heat 3. Brush and clip gently. 4.Massage your scalp. 5.Sleep on a soft pillow 6.Reduce stress 7.Check your diet. A hormonal cycle can be delayed but preponding it is difficult. Having pineapple juice, sesame seeds laddu, doing vigorous exercise can prepond it about 2-3 days.

as per your concern i would suggest you to do following remedy Natural home remedy using figs and raisins: 1. Take 6 dried figs 2. Take 30 g raisins 3. Soak both in water overnight 4. Eat in 2 doses through the next day This remedy will be helpful, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

1) start applying naturals face packs or use natural productsbon skin. Mmakena pste of besan and milk. Wash wash your face with that. U can make a face pack and applybthe same twice a day. 2) apply aloe vera gel atleat 3 times a day after washing face. Applynit in the night after applying face wash. 3) Avoid oily food, pickle, njunk food for somentime. Have fresh fruits and juices. 4) try to avoid exposingbyour skin to direct sun rays if possible. 5) you can have many medicine ayurvedic which will help u.

your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday. after this if your weight remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.
