Hi, Get an x-ray (of the affected part) done. Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motionAnd wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

There are so many black spot in my face what can I do for it give me some prescriptions to remove the black spots.
Follow these best tips to lightens and remove black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4.Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly . 6.Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7.Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight. Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Hi Please cut down oily and spicy food. Take more water and buttermilk. Total intake of oil per day not more than 4 teaspoons. Avoid. pickles. tea . coffee. colas. late night snacks. fried onions Eat small meals frequently. Every 2-3 hours eat food or snack. Eat banana. Observe and note down when and how acidity happens and avoid those things.

I am suffering from summer cold like running nose, pain in throat and cough. I avoid cold water and taking bath while sweating but I think temperature difference in office and outside (have to walk considerable distance to reach office) is causing this.

Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water. And laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Aapke umar 27 hai. tenshan, ghabrahat, dar, man bhaari laghna, khaana khaane se problem, kuch kar nahi paana vagerah anxiety disorder ke vajah se hotha hai. Agar aap mujhe aur jaankaari denge tho mein aapka ilaaj online hi kar saktha hoom. Apke ghar, parivar, rehan sahan, general behavior etc ke baare mein mujhe jaankari deejiye please. Take care.

There can be many reasons behind hair fall like physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Look out for the underlying cause… avoid fried and spicy meal get your hb and thyroid function test done. Take biotin supplementation. Take amla juice 10 ml in equal quantity of water twice a day. Apply 2% mintop 1 ml twice a day.

Start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late. More history needed for perfact diagnosis & treatment.
