Hi , you have not given full details, let me know- 1. What is your age? 2. Do you have dry skin? 3. Do you have dandruff? 4. Have you history of any serious illness. 5. Do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. 6. Is it hereditary in your family? we have good homoeo treatment-the treatment is very much dependent on your age and detailed description of your complaints- you may opt for private consultation giving detailed information. In the meanwhile, please start taking the following medicines-. 1. Natrum mur 6x----4 tabs twice daily 2. Kali sulph 6x---- 4 tabs twice daily 3. Acid phos 200----one dose (6 to 8 pills) in 2 days. I have a fever  10 day regular.
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Hello. Sir/madam am suffering from dhaat syndrome I have tried many of Ayurveda n homeopathic medicines but nothing seems so to work now it's seems like am giving up on these homes n Ayurveda doctors I think they r use less cause it has been 1 year but they didn't able to cure my problem am so depressed there is my exam on the head after 2 month's can anybody help me plzz tell me the solution of this dhaat syndrome my age 22 weight is 75 No bad habits plzzz.

This is dhatuksheenta or prameha. You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

Its been long you are having depression related medications. I hope you often consult your doctor. It is essential to remember that when its about mental issues, pharmacotherapy + counseling goes hand in hand. If you are already done using your medications for a prolonged time, I hope you must have undergone counseling too. If not it is time you start your therapy sessions under nearest and a good counselor. You said you are taking treatment that keeps you quiet at office which may be the reason why you are not talking. There may be many underlying issues that may ahve affected your personality due to this prolong illness. According to me counseling is the best solution to your problems.

Dear , depressive disorder needs prolonged treatment. I don' t know for how many years you are taking this treatment. If you are feeling fine, you should talk to your psychiatrist to taper the medicines and stop in a period of one year. Abrupt stop is not advisable. Also you should practice psychotherapy methods so that those depression symptoms do not relapse. Post a private question to me and I shall provide you tips. Take care.

It give temporary relife if you have get permenent solution you should take anti fungal shampoo and healthy diet and multivitamin tab required for healthy scalp and avoid spicy food. And wash hair regularly. Dandruff without itching may be due to dryness of scalp.

Hi I don't think you have obesity problem. Your height and weight proportions are in line. Maybe you feel lethargic due to excessive sitting. Take 5 min breaks after every 2 hours. Do some stretches. Take deep breaths. Learn Pranayam. Do it for 15 mins daily. Your headaches will go away. Avoid taking medicines on a regular basis. Do 30 mins exercise daily unless exams are close by. Stay healthy Stay happy!

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I have little bit asthma problem. But I continued my medicine and inhaler as my doctor prescribed. After checking few days ago my doctor said asthma is no more. Bronchitis is inflammation of bronchus system. Majority of time problem is allergic in condition. Allergy are mainly due to dust pollution food fruits with pesticides etc. Mainly here we have to increase immunity so that no allergy can happen and well this done by homoeo medicines. Safe effective and cheap. I have cured /maintained many cases in my 30 years of practise.

Your thoughts about death and fear of future of becoming sad will also go away. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hello- Follow these regimen to reduce your weight without getting weak- 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. 2. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. 5. Eat soluble fiber. Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements like glucomannan can also help. 6. Drink coffee or tea. If you’re a coffee or a tea drinker, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine in them can boost your metabolism by 3-11%. 7. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. 8. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Homoeopathic treatment GLOW CARE CREAM ( LORDS) Apply during daytime GLOWCARE DROPS ( LORDS ) 20 drops in 1 spoon water 3 timess daily AQUIPLUS CREAM ( HAPDCO ) apply thick coat on face at night 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily Take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.
