Hi, is there any history of injury??if yes then please inform me. Start taking Arnica 30 in the morning and rhus tox 30 , 3 drops in the evening daily. Take Five phos 6x, 4 tabs twice daily. Apply topi MP, on the painful areas. Revert me after 7 days.

2-3 months back my below fractured Dr. did operation n after 45 days plaster removed everything OK but after I consult physiotherapist in Delhi he told use hot water rock salt n ajwain after 1 month I consult in Bangalore here they told use ice pack don't use hot water n all I am very confuse what to do.

I got fractured a year ago and got cure too but. I still feel (can see) fractured part is swelled. And whenever I walk little more than regular I feel my leg (the fractured) is heavy. What should I do? Please suggest genuinely straight.

Long term use of painkillers for low back pain is harmful

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Please do hot compresses. Do not lift weight with the same hand. Do sleep properly not on the side affected. Take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 3-4 days and revert back.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Wall calf stretch • Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Downward dog yoga stretch • Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day

Dear lybrate user it relieves from physiotherapy use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day, use volinni gel, posterior spinal muscles ex, stretching exercise of back, avoid forward bending, heavy weight lifting, use hard bed. Change working habit sitting and standing continuous maximum 45 minutes.

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling. CONSULT a ayurvedic physician cliniically.

Hello . Aap chinta mat kijiye. Plate se koi problem nahi hota hai. Ek bar haddi jud jaye to plate nikal bhii sakte. Agar aapko detail information chahiye to mujhe aapka xray dekhne do to mai aapko achhese sab bata saku.
