Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hi it can be fibromyalgia. Some test may be required like cervical xray, diabetes, calcium, vitamin d etc. But first it will be good if you visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist personally for clinical examination. Meanwhile take hot water bath twice a day and take healthy and balanced diet. Best wishes.

There could be several reasons for low Hb% that needs to be identified and treated. However you should take beetroot daily in your diet along with milk/banana/dates. Also take Ferrum phos 12x - twice daily for next 2 weeks and revert back. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Yes this is planter fascitis and if it is leave untreated it converts into calcanial spur. Calcanial spur is the next stage of planter fascitis where fascia becomes calcified and looks like extra bone growth below heel bone in x ray film, it is more painful and difficult to treat. Medial planter nerve passes near the fascia and it may also get affected, night sharp, shooting, burning pain in the planter aspect of foot indicates nerve involvement. Following treatment is given to treat planter fascitis. 1. Stretching of calf muscle and planter fascia 2. Contrast bath for foot 3. Soft tissue manipulation 4. Tibial nerve mobilisation 5.
