You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

For gaining weight first of all you have to make sure that you don't have any worms in your stomach sometimes there are worms in the stomach and people do not realise it which leads to a major problem in weight secondly start doing surya namaskar in morning without any fail surya namaskar will give you energy which in turn will help to gain weight when you eat your meals make sure that you're putting extra cow ghee in your meals specially on dals and vegetables involve yourself in some sports activities or physical activities where you sweat because once you sweat your appetite is incresed and you eat more than your hunger, almonds is also a good source of nutrition and it should be taken in morning after suryanamaskar for your beard the problem is not very serious because every part of a body which has hair growth needs blood circulation and oxygen so that the ph 7 level is good so to increase blood circulation on your face you have to learn how to do shirshasana by an expert. If you can start to do shirshasana under a expert coach and you are serious for it you will learn in 10 days.

Hello Lybrate User, you should follow proper diet regimen. Take small amount of food every 4 hours. Avoid eating oily food, increase the intake veg / animal protien, have 7-8 hours of adequate sleep. Take ashwagandha Rasayana 1-0- 1 tsp followed by milk on a regular basis for 3 months.

Hi there, greetings! in order to lose weight you need to eat healthy and switch to a healthier lifestyle. Eat small and frequent meals drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day have minimum of 2 fruits in a day have foods which are high in fiber such as oats, fruits and vegetables. Your diet needs to be rich in proteins and fiber you can obtain proteins from the simplest and easily available sources like milk, curd, buttermilk, egg whites, chicken, fleshy fish and low fat paneer lastly stay motivated and work towards your goal of losing weight in a healthy way.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just listening to your body. In itself, masturbation is a normal and healthy way of expressing and satisfying yourself sexually. Masturbation should not be a compulsive act. It should be done only when needed. So, if your body says this much is enough, then fine. You have no deficiency, neither does it make you less of a man.

Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Hello! I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, dal & products, different type of millet etc. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable.
