Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items. So my suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hye, thanks for the query. The extra layer of fatty tissue on our face is most often caused by sagging skin which can occur as we age but most often if our diet is not nutritious or we have tried to crash diet or for a few, it can be genetic. While there are surgical procedures that can eliminate a double chin, puffy cheeks, there are also many simple home treatment options to get rid of a chubby face. Firstly reduce fats with proper diet and exercise. To tone down a chubby face, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout. One of the best ways to do that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. You can also chew on raw vegetables like carrots. Massage with coconut oil or ghee or wheat germ oil or glycerin regularly, it will improve the elasticity of your skin and help get rid of your double chin or facial fats. Try some facial, chin exercises chin exercises can help stretch and tone your face, neck, and jaw muscles, thereby helping you get rid of your facial fats. They will also strengthen your chin and neck muscles and relieve stiffness. While keeping your spine erect, slowly tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling and then pucker up your lips in a pout. Hold this position for five counts and then release. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks. Another exercise involves gently turning your head clockwise and then anticlockwise, keeping your spine straight all the while. Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about three times a day for several weeks. You can do these exercises while sitting or standing but make sure to keep your spine erect.

Not just once, but repeatedly. Processed food can be extremely injurious to your general health.

A huge mass of people have processed food items after being familiar with its ill effects. The reason propelling them to do so is perhaps the good taste and easy accessibility of these kinds of food. They live up to your cravings at odd hours and are extremely satisfying.

Kinds of processed food you generally intake:
1. Snacks to savor: Binge eating can make you have some of the savory snacks. In the middle of the night, you might want to munch on chips, flavored and coated nuts or on microwave popcorn. These packed snacks may have dangerous effects on a person's health and hence, should be avoided.

2. Processed meat: Bacon, salami or corned beef should be strictly kept away from as they include the threat of artificial hormones.

3. Veggies in a tin: Tinned or canned vegetables could be a feasible option in your fast paced life, but it clearly is not good for your health.

4. Carbonated drinks: Carbonated drinks are enjoyable but they do interfere with a person's physical fitness.

Natural food substitutes that can be equally gratifying:

2. Consume fruits, especially citrus fruits regularly. Try to maintain a safe distance from packaged fruit juices as they contain preservatives and a great deal of sugar.

3. Tofu that is made from soya is high in nutrients and should be a great substitute for chicken nuggets.

4. One can deal with his or her cravings for mayonnaise by switching to hummus. Though the two food items don't taste the same, hummus doesn't contain animal fat that is actually harmful when stored or preserved.

Hi lybrate-user starting eating more chapatis and rice with butter or ghee. Take creamed milk upto 500 ml daily and also eat milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also take dry fruits daily like 4 to 6 almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Eat fresh and high calorie fruits like apple, banana, etc. And vegetables like spinach, etc. You can also take fruit juices. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 or 3 pcs, of chicken or red meat daily. Take salad with your every main meal. Also do exercises daily as it increases your satiety.

Hello try to modify your schedule. Start your day with morning walk and exercise. This will help you to feel fresh. Take good healthy diet. Form a study time table. You can take help of study organizers. You can write number of chapters to be learnin one column and then make adjacent column naming them learn, then revised 1, then revised 2. Whenever you finished learning 1 chapter put a tick. When you are finished with revision 1 put another tick. This will help you to get an idea about your preparation and will increase your confidence. Goal setting can also be another technique, you can set goals like need to complete 1chapter within 1 hour. Most probably you r suffering from acute viral infection. 1. Drink plenty of water preferably ors 2. Take pcm 500mg 2-3 times a day. It is a self limiting illness, wait for 2 days before starting antibiotics.

Your history indicates that there might be a nerve impingement at the neck region you should ask your therapist to do therapy only with modalities like tens, no exercises in painful periods take a short course of anti inflammatory medication which suits you you can also take medicines for neuropathic symptoms like pregabalin or gabapentin in minimal dosage also I would like to know: - whether there is only pain or any other symptoms like numbness, paraesthesia, weakness in upper limbs - is there any history of fever, swelling, night sweats, loss of appetite and weight etc? if you take rest, ice packs at neck area and follow this conservative regime protocol, you should get better in next 2-3 weeks if other symptoms are not there.
