Khasra (measels ) is a serious illness. Are you sure of the diagnosis? what is the age of the baby?Did you not immunise the child? Please see a doctor immediately. Your child needs extra dose of Vit A. You must also check for other co- morbidities.

Hai my 3 month old baby some time crying in niht time and I do not have breast milk. Which is the best formula milk for him.
Breastmilk is the best for a baby. Please don't lose hope, every mother gets milk so keep trying. If you want to formula feed, I suggest you do it with a spoon, not with a bottle.

Is it normal for young children to stop taking or needing naps? My 3½-year-old hasn’t taken a nap in quite a while, but seems to do OK.
My daughter was born premature by 20 days and her birth weight was 2.4 Kgs. She suffered from Jaundice after 3 days of birth & was given phototherapy for 1 day. Her weight reduced to 2.1 kg. After 5.5 months, Her weight gain has reached till only 5 Kgs. Her vaccination till 6 months are completed. Question 1 :- Doctor has suggested only Vitamin D3 & Ferris drops. But he has not suggested Calcium drops. Whether this is required or not. We are continuing Pro Nan -1 & we have started little upper diets like cereal water etc. Question 2 :- What else shall we do to raise her weight exponentially, which according to us is less than shall be as actual. Awaiting your valuable feedback, Regards,

Instead of pro nan, give her dairy milk in addition to breast milk, semi solid (liquid) cereal instead of its water one full feed once in a day gradually increasing numbers 2 times and changing cereals or other items now n then, all on demand or after 3 to 4 hours if not demanded. Calcium may be given in consultation of your pediatrician.

Hi my baby is 6 month old. I want to know how to introduce food to baby in liquids form. Please suggest timing for food and how much quantity should be given Please suggest some thing to me in this regard.
Dear lybrate user, it's very important question and good no. Of young mothers are concerned about it.In fact at six months child should have a change. He start picking up things from floor and put it in mouth. Mother feels that her breast milk has gone down. Fact is mothers should feed in consonance of age of child in months. A six month old should be. Fed at six hourly interval for twenty minutes.in between if child cry than he should be given very thin soup, half cup of home prepared cereals. May be wheat rice. At times mashed green veg. Leaves can be used. But do not force feed, change feeds, give three hours interval between two feeds. Do not stop breast suddenly but gradually in next 12 months. By 9 months, child can bite indicating semisolid feeds can be introduced.
My daughter is 2 years old. She has cold and congestion. Before two days her school teacher told me that her hands and toes were molded and neck stuck at one side. Her lips and face was appearing black. This all was for short moments. There is no history of such kinds. All MRI reports and blood reports are normal. Please let me why this hhapened.
For convulsion get her eeg done. For cold give her recofastplus 6mlx3time, use vicks application. Can also give gudcef50mg 1.5x2time if congestion is present all for three days.
