My girlfriend is urging me to have sex with her (she trusts me very much and I love her so much too). But she is only 15 years old. And I'm 20 years old. Now if I refuse to have sex with her, she will certainly get hurt and also she will think I'm gay. So finally I've decided to do the same with her in safe mode. Now my question is will it harmful for her as she is too young? And if not I want to know the safest way of not getting pregnant.

At this time of pregnancy as the uterus moves upwards with growth, out of the pelvis there is traction on two round ligaments, the strong ropes that hold the uterus in place, some pain may occur. But any excessive dischrge shouldbe taken care of. It may be vaginal infection too or leakage. Miscarriage without bleeding is not very probable this late. Generally pain and bleeding preceed at this month. An ultrasound to measure the cervix length and internal os (mouth of uterus) diameter may help as a caution.

If you have regular 28 to 30 days cycles then pregnancy is unlikely from this episode alone. However in order to prevent any unwanted pregnancy you cannot rely on withdrawal method alone and need to use regular contraception like pills or injection or condoms or consider a coil

Hello, Yes, one should have withdrawal bleeding within 7-10 days. If not then you may be pregnant and you can check it with a serum beta hcg test after 7 days post last intercourse.

PCOS is a condition associated with hormonal imbalances (abnormalities in the function of the HPO axis), which causes lack of control in the production of androgen (male hormone) The diagnostic criteria that confirms a woman has PCOS is if she has any two of these three conditions ? Androgen excess ? Inability to release an egg from the ovaries on a regular (monthly) basis (chronic anovulation)Ovulatory dysfunction (oligomenorrhea or oligovulation) ? Obesity and metabolic syndrome ? Infertility ? Obstructive sleep apnea ? Diabetes Here are some common causative factors ? Vitamin D deficiency ? Iodine deficiency ? Hormone disrupting toxins ? Abnormal thyroid function ? Problems with intestinal bacteria ? Adrenal Stress ? High Lutenizing Hormone (LH) levels (often as an aftermath result of the pill) ? Eat a low glycemic load PCOS diet ? This is basically what the drug metformin does except that we are approaching it in the natural way. Here are some benefits of a low GL PCOS diet. ? It makes weight loss easier ? Keeps blood sugar level more constant ? Helps to prevent insulin resistance ? It aids in burning calories ? It lowers the risk of heart disease. I saw a tips from one doctor before some days that after 9 months of pregnancy light intercourses are helpful for induce labour pain & producing normal delivery. Is the statement is true or false? If true is it possible? How to do? What position to be followed?

No this is absolutely not true. Normal delivery is not determined by sex, otherwise we would have advised everyone to have sex for normal delivery. Normal delivery is a natural process and all pregnancies are designed to be delivered normally. It happens without any precautions. There are no ways to prevent cesarean section. People will advise you to do clean the floor and all that but all that is not proven to be effective. No extra precaution is needed for delivering normally. There are certain things which are not in your hand i. E. Position of the baby, passage of motion by the baby inside uterus, amount of fluid by the side of baby. All these factors and many more can decide your mode of delivery.
