Hi, Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders. If you have recent unprotected sexual intercourse, then it might be due to pregnancy, you need to do urine pregnancy test, for any confirmation.

Hello, You must practice daily intercoruse to increase chances of pregnancy. Also important would be to get a semen analysis done for yourself to check for sperm count and quality.

Lap ovarian cystectomy should be done after doing some special investigations. Once it is diagnosed you should not wait for 3 moths.

Ashwagandha is used to tone, support, and revitalize bodily functions. It has been revered over time for its ironic dual capacity to energize and calm at the same time. Stress can cause fatigue, often manifesting as “hyper” signs like agitation and difficulty sleeping. By providing a nourishing, energizing effect, you can support a healthy nervous system. When the stress doesn’t impact the nervous system as strongly, the “hyper” signs will naturally resolve over time, allowing for a calming effect. This quality of Ashwagandha makes it a prime supplement to use in the toning and rejuvenation process. In addition to its dual energizing/calming effect, Ashwagandha offers a number of benefits: Supports a healthy immune system, Calms mental processes Fosters healthy sleep patterns Benefits a healthy reproductive system in both males and females Sustains energy levels, strength, and vitality, including with physical activity Supports healthy back and joints.

Share with us your Ultrasound and harmonal tests results along with thyroid profile, we shall see if we can advise you in regularising your periods, and if there is weight gain issue too, even otherwise all PCOs cases should go for a healthy balanced diet with fair amount of physical activity. Never skip your breakfast, and take small portions of meal every three hours as BMR is low in such cases. Less of mental, physical and emotional stress is advisable too. So you may do yoga and meditation. We can refer you to a good yoga and physical fitness trainer if you may desire so.

Hello- It might be possible that your wife is experiencing major hormonal disturbances which is manifesting as different form of disease. Its better to improve her diet and daily schedule to target the root cause of the illness. Its better to consult a good ayurvedic doctor as only ayurveda can provide you the treatment with holistic approach keeping all the things in mind. Medications or treatment for a single disease of symptom will not be beneficial for your wife.

IRREGULAR MENSES What is an irregular menstrual cycle? Having an irregular cycle means that the interval between periods varies each month. That is, sometimes they come every 28 days, sometimes every 20, sometimes every 30. Having irregular periods is very common. I see them in my practice all the time. The causes can range from something insignificant to something that requires treatment. For example, if you're a teen, your body's hormones can fluctuate and take some time until they find a balance. Therefore, it’s normal to have an irregular period during adolescence or, sometimes, for your period not to arrive in a given month. But, before we get down to business, remember that the main cause for your period not to arrive is a pregnancy. So, if your period doesn’t arrive, check to make sure it’s not actually a baby on the way. Now, let’s look at the most common causes of irregular periods: • Eating disorders, like anorexia and bulimia • Excessive weight gain or weight loss; extreme thinness and obesity both cause your menstrual cycle to become irregular or even to disappear • Stress or emotional problems • Hormonal problems, for example, when the thyroid malfunctions • Travel • Over-exercising: If you're an athlete and train very hard, you may stop menstruating because your body wants to survive and save energy and menstruation requires energy • Problems with the pelvic organs (such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, for example) • Drugs like birth-control pills can affect the frequency and / or intensity of menstruation • Breastfeeding Aloe Vera Aloe vera helps treat menstrual irregularities naturally by regulating your hormones. 1.Extract fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf. 2.Mix in one teaspoon of honey. 3.Consume it daily before having your breakfast. 4.Follow this remedy for about three months. Note: Do not use this remedy during your periods.

Vaginal burning and discomfort can have a lot of different causes. Certain vaginal infections such as vaginal candidiasis, trichomoniasis, and bacterial vaginosis are three infections that cause vaginal burning, itching, and discharge. It does not sound like this is your problem since you are not having any discharge, and your are only experiencing the pain till after sex. More than likely you are suffering from vaginal irritation from friction during sex. I suggest you to consult gynecologist for examination. Take care.
