Wait till 20th Apr. Do the home pregnancy test. If negative, repeat it after 7 days. If still negative, you can assume she isn't pregnant and take prescription medicines to get the periods.

Is the urine routine test shows no signs of infection, she should manage her fluid intake so as to take maximum portion during daytime and avoid glassfuls of water after 8 pm. In any case, after 5th month her urine pressure should reduce as the uterus how's out of the pelvis into the abdomen.

After how much (minimum) time should a husband and wife should make physical contact after abortion.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
After a week you can have sex with her when bleeding is completely stopped. But she can get pregnant again in the same month so you need to start contraception immediately after abortion. If it was miscarriage you need to prevent pregnancy for 6 months to prevent repeat miscarriage.

I have pcod. Irregular periods. Please advise.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries. The usual symptoms of pcos are irregular or light periods or no periods at all. This is because, in women with pcos, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. You should opt homoeopathic treatment, it has cure for pcos, it takes time but resolve the disease by root. In pcos first we target to get your periods back to normal.

Effective Homoeopathic medicines for Menopausal symptoms

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Menopause is a natural biological event faced by women that leads to the permanent end of menses. It is the final result of a gradual decline in the functioning of the ovaries. As women reach menopause, their periods become irregular and scanty, until they permanently cease.

In some women, the periods cease suddenly. After a year of no menstruation, a woman is said to have gone through menopause. Menopause usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 52, although in some it may start as early as the late thirties and early forties. The symptoms of menopause are many, and most women go through a body and mind altering period during menopause.

Homoeopathic remedies offer a completely safe treatment for the various symptoms of menopause. Homoeopathic remedies for menopause are made of natural substances and have no side effects at all.

Symptoms of menopause

All women have to go through menopause, but it affects each woman uniquely. The symptoms of menopause may range from hardly any to severe ones. The common menopausal symptoms may be divided into three categories:

Physical symptoms: hot flushes, osteoporosis (weak bones), weight gain (obesity) and hair loss.

Mental symptoms: depression, mood swings, anxiety, irritability, sleeplessness.

Local symptoms: vaginal dryness, loss of libido (sexual desire), excessive vaginal bleeding (flooding).

Homoeopathic treatment for menopause
As the controversy regarding the use of hormones for treating menopause deepens, the need for a completely harmless treatment becomes stronger than ever. Talking about safety, the homeopathy provides natural ways to treat menopause and is completely safe with zero side effects. The natural homeopathic medicines are of great help in dealing with various symptoms experienced by women during menopause.

Gynaecologist,
My wife take birth control pill, is it any sideeffct to take birth control pill?
Some women on pills complain of slight weight gain; breast discomfort and mood swings. A few have other side effects like migranous headaches. There are a few contraindications to the pill which is on the instruction sheet and also doctor would have discussed with you before prescribing. Very rarely it can cause clots/ liver dysfunction.

How to remove vaginal odour in a natural way? Can vaginal odour and not getting vaginal bleeding flr about 8 months harmful?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, Vaginal odor can be due to a number of reasons, such as bacterial growth, yeast infections, poor hygiene, hormonal changes, and sexually transmitted diseases. If the problem is due to infection, there may be symptoms like redness, itching, burning and irritation in the vaginal area. Home remedy:- 1.Apple cider vinegar:- Due to its antibacterial and antiseptic properties, apple cider vinegar can be used to fight vaginal odor. In fact, taking a bath with apple cider vinegar is one of the simplest ways to get rid of the bad odor. This will help fight off the toxins and bacteria that cause vaginal odor. It will also help restore the acidic quality of the vaginal flora. 2.Another good ingredient that can be used to treat vaginal odor is yogurt. Yogurt is rich in lactobacillus bacteria, which help fight candida infection (one of the most common causes of vaginal odor) and restore the normal vaginal pH level. Once the pH level is balanced, the vaginal odor will be gone. Eat two cups of unsweetened, plain yogurt daily. You can also take probiotic supplements.

I am 42 yrs old lady very much fit and fine. I want to conceive because I dont have child. My problem is my spouse cannot release sperm in quantity. It is very low. What is the way to increase sperm count and I can conceive.

Pregnancy is still possible, especially with modern treatment. I think, you should not waste time, just consult doctor with your husband and find out the cause of the problem. Then solution would be easier. All the best.

Oral sex increases orgasms, is it okay to do oral sex more at age 57 years?

M.H.C.T.C
Oncologist,
Hi, to begin with medically-its a un-natural sex. Its personal opinion and variation-if you feel that it increases orgasm. Orgasm is the coneptual thing rooted and related to your mind. Its more risky than natural sex-as it exposes you to more abrasions and chances of -spread of infections from your partner. So take your own decision and live healthy. Thanks.
