I need to go to restroom after eating any meal and even before going out of house. Due to this I am unable to travel anywhere. So mostly I do not eat anything when I have to travel. This situation becomes worse when I get stuck in traffic jam or when there is no restroom in vicinity.

Hello, you can take Alpha DP, 2 tabs twice daily after meals. Take Aloe soc. 30 Ch , 3 drops twice daily and Nux vomica 200 CH , 3 drops once daily after dinner. Revert me after 7 days

I'm 20 years and I weigh just 38 kg, I have seen and used weight gain products and found it not useful. How can I gain weight? If there are any really good weight gain product please suggest.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

My periods in last two months was little less, but this month the flow was fast was it normal to have periods like this?

Its normal to have heavy flow once in a while .but if it continues like that only, you should get an ultrasonography done to get to know the underlying cause.

L have a lil migraine problem from last two years. And I often face problems during study. Please suggest me what should I do to relieve form this problem.

Go for eye test also. Avoid stress. Take proper rest & sleep. Avoid fatty food, junk food, chocolates etc. When you suffer from headache, go in a dark room & take rest. Take onosmodium q/ bd 15-15 drops+ 1/2 cup water daily. Belladonna 200/od daily for 21 days.

Hello. Mujhe krib 15 din phle kideny stone ka pta chla. M abb tab se medicines bhi le rha hu. Pr abb ek or problem aa gyi h.low sperm count .sperm bilkul bhi nhi bnn rha h.m ye pta krna chahta hu ki. Iska sambandh kideny stone se h .ya fir se problem sperm na bannne ki. Kisi or vajh se hui h.kideny me stone size 2.25 mm ka h.plz help about all this problem. And please give me solution. Hello- Kidney stone aur low sperm count ka koi bhi sambandh nahi hai. But agar apka digestion weak hai aur aap ka life style lethargy hai to ye dono bimariya apko bar bar pareshan kar sakti hai. Ayurvedic treatment se i provement mil sakta hai.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.
