I am 20 years old. and I have a pimple problem since 6 years. Yet its not remove. What can I do?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy for pimples can also help a lot. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in your skin problems reply back for private consultation.

Hiiii, In my face full of pimples. And black dots. Looking sooo ugly. Give any prescription to cure that.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Dear readers,
today we can see when we have to practice breathing exercises for our better
health.
Generally i can say breathing exercises can be practiced at any time when u r not so much tired and when the stomach is not so full.

But the best time for practicing breathing exercises is the time starting 1.5hours before sunrise of that place. In classical text this time is called as 'BRAHMA MUHOORTHA'.There are some controversial discussions on this subject also.
But it is not necessary for us to enter into those subtle arguments in this beginning stage.

So if the sunrise for ur place is 6.30 on that day then u an start to practice breathing exercises from 5.00am onwards.

When you start only 5-10minutes of practice is enough for the first week.
Then we can increase the period of practice based on the need, ability and other conditions of you.

So at first you have to get ready to wake up early in the morning.
Tomorrow after waking up in the morning u can sit quiet for 2-5minutes facing east or north direction.

Is it dificult to wake up in morning?

Pls try.B,cos u can see a lot of different beautiful moments around u in the every morning.

This is a pic in Volen in Norway i did before one year.

Once u experienced this in morning then most of will wake up in morning to be a part of this beautiful nature.

If u have any questions pls write me or call me.
Thanking u
With my hearty prayers for all of us

Hi. Sir I am john .i had oily face and moderate black skin tone. Can you suggest me any best fairness and oil free cream. For me.

MBBS, DNB (Dermatology)

The best way to get your skin glowing is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your face with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have a balanced diet, eat more iron and zinc containing foods like dates, nuts and dry fruits. Include Skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are important nutrients for great skin. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.

Past six months I have hypersalivation. Gerd and recurring mouth ulcers. Bruxism is always as I have misaligned teeth. Trauma in upper gums due to that. Using Rexidin mouth wash as adv. Past noon becoming worse. Halitosis and smelly saliva present. Undergone cholecystectomy. Bowel moments irregular. It flares up mouth ulcer. Please advice.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
Hello Lybrate user. Although excessive saliva is not too common, there are a number of conditions that can cause it - some harmless, others more serious. It is possible that your saliva problems are just a result of the way you speak. Some people speak faster or slower than others, just as some people blink more often, breathe faster, or have a more rapid heartbeat. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment.

I am 22 years old. My tummy is flat. But lower parts of body are too fat. How to reduce the weight in particular part. I want it to be done within a short time.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please note the following in respect to your queries: Just the art of sitting can make your butt look worse, believe it or not. If you have a desk job, it can actually flatten the collagen fibers in your butt by sitting all day, so try standing and walking around as much as possible. If you work at home, try to create an area you can turn into a standing desk so you’re not sitting down all day. It’s not bad to sit a little at home to rest, but remember that the more you sit, the less work your butt has to do! When trying to lose fat fast anywhere on your body, especially your butt, try High Intense Interval Training, known as HIIT. This is an intense workout that causes you to change positions quickly and fast for short amounts of time. The high bursts of energy burn fat faster and longer, giving you results faster. Yoga is one of the best exercises you can do for your butt. It makes you hold certain positions longer, which strengthens the muscles to burn fat and tone your butt! Plus, it’s incredibly relaxing as a double benefit!

Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hi. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) avoid late night sleeping habits, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals, B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week, do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective…. AVOID USE OF ANY HAIR OIL OR SOAP…for 30 days…THANKS.
