First rule out the stiffness of the hip and spine. Spinal mobilization exercise, gym ball exercise, swimming are quite helpful. Stretching of hip and knee muscles are also helpful for this ind of problem. If you have a static cycle you can try that also. Dont go for much strengthening exercise.

Flouride prevents our teeth to become carious. But its use is in limited amount. Yes diet make differences in teeth . If you take more sticky food or sweet it starts carious condition. If you take more citrous (sour) food it will also lead to enamel loss.

Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain not only depends upon heavy diet but also on other factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Your excess diet/protein powder is not being digested and hence major of its portion is being wasted as excreta. Try these modifications for weight gain- a) avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) avoid late night sessions. C) wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) try to sleep at least eight hours a day. F) apply shri gopal tail over breast and gently massage them for ten minutes, and apply white lentil powder paste over the breast and increase the same in your diet, you size issue will be solved very soon.

Please first of all get oral cleaning and polishing done and maintain your oral hygiene and proper digestion. Than take prescribed medicines and continue brushing twice and use listerine mouthwash regularly.

All About Scar Revision Surgery

While some scars are negligible, others can mar your beauty. With cosmetic surgery, today, it is easy to remove scars and make them less prominent. Scar revision surgery can range from invasive procedures, such as scar excision to non invasive procedures like cryotherapy, laser therapy and topical silicone therapy. However, none of these have perfect results. The main aim of scar revision surgery is to make the scars blend in as much as possible with the surrounding skin in terms of colour, texture and elevation.

Picking a scar revision procedure is a matter of weighing the pros and cons of each type of procedure and the cause for dissatisfaction: 

  1. Functional limitations of the scar and likelihood of functional impairment after surgery
  2. Patient's expectations
  3. Location of the scar
  4. Quality of skin type and surrounding tissue

Scars are formed due to a number of reasons, such as acne, cuts, burns, surgery and infection in a wound. Scars created by an overproduction of collagen are the most difficult to treat. In most cases, a patient requires multiple surgeries for scar revision.

Some of these surgeries are:

  1. Surgical Excision: This procedure is usually performed on large scars that do not respond to medication. Here the surgeon shaves and cuts down scar tissue to minimize the size of the scar.
  2. Laser Surgery: This is used to smoothen the scars with raised or uneven surfaces. It involves the removal of the top layer of skin and tightening of the layer below it.
  3. Z plasty and W plasty: These surgical treatments aim to reduce the visibility of the scar by repositioning them along the natural lines and creases of the skin. All topics that sent after editing should be considered as approved.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Excessive sweating is considered as a medical. Excessive sweating is referred to as hyperhidrosis. It is a condition where the body excretes sweat in certain areas and in higher quantities than expected. Doctors regard excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis as an inherited condition. It can affect a patient in many ways, including altering his or her social relationships, personal confidence and emotional levels. Hyperhidrosis can either be generalized or localized to specific parts of the body. Hands, feet, armpits, and the groin area are among the most active regions of perspiration due to the relatively high concentration of sweat glands; however, any part of the body may be affected. There are two types of hyperhidrosis: - focal or localized hyperhidrosis, where only certain parts of the body are affected, such as the armpits, hands, feet or face, and - generalized hyperhidrosis, where the entire body is affected. Hyperhidrosis can also be either: - primary idiopathic hyperhidrosis, where there is no apparent cause for the excessive sweating, and - secondary hyperhidrosis, where the excessive sweating is the result of an underlying health condition, such as an overactive thyroid gland. Secondary hyperhidrosis could be one of the following causes: - in people with a past history of spinal cord injuries - associated with peripheral neuropathies - associated with probable brain lesions - associated with intrathoracic neoplasms or lesions - associated with systemic medical problems - menopausal state - due to drugs the good news is that hyperhidrosis is a very treatable disease. It is just a matter of finding and adapting the right solution for the particular problem you have. Medications antidepressant and anxiolytic drugs are often commonly used by allopathy, which produced drug dependency and have several side effects. And surgical procedure like endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ets) can be done. Which are quite expensive. Many more that suffer from sweating problems have found their cure for hyperhidrosis in the form of a natural homeopathic treatments that have helped many break free from profuse sweating or hyperhidrosis. Homeopathic way of treatment is different from allopathy. Hyperhidrosis is nothing but an expression of the disturbance in the inner hormonal balance and this is expressed in the form of the profuse discharge. It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Stomach aches or abdominal pains are one of the most frequently reported health complaints faced by children. Children below the age of twelve are known to suffer from recurrent stomach pain. While pains such as these lead to momentary discomfiture, they also lay the path for graver worries if neglected for too long. Your child may feel sick and bunk school for two days; rest and home care can restore his or her health, but that in no way, is the best suited way of dealing with the situation. If tummy aches resurface over a certain period of time, parents should be cautious enough to look for the root cause and should try to eliminate it accordingly.

Widely noticed causes of stomach aches in children:

  1. Unhygienic food can affect the child’s digestive system.
  2. Intolerance to a certain food item should not be overlooked.
  3. Perpetual anxiety can make the tummy twist and turn.
  4. Urinary Tract Infections can also lead to acute abdominal pain.
  5. Serious factors such as gallstones or appendicitis could also be present. Immediate expert consultation is advised in such a case.
  6. Caffeine and packaged soft drinks can be harmful.
  7. Butter, ghee and other greasy products can trigger tummy aches.

Ways to treat tummy aches in children:

  1. Keep children away from gas producing food items: Food that is hard to digest should be avoided. Lentil soup or dal should only be consumed in limited amounts to prevent the formation of gas. Don’t let your child have too many nuts regularly.
  2. Keep them hydrated: Fluid intake should be monitored. A child should drink at least six to seven glasses of water per day. Fruit juices or soups can also be given to them alongside main meals. This helps digestion.
  3. Do not stack up food in one go: Eating a lot in one meal is a bad way of satisfying hunger. Have smaller meals in more numbers. Six to eight meals will keep your child full and will also eliminate chances of acid reflux which happens either due to an empty stomach or too much piling up of greasy food.
  4. Timely check - up with the doctor: If tummy aches refuse to go away, take your child to a doctor for a thorough check- up. Administer medicines as prescribed by the physician.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 3 times weight training and 3 times cardio like walking, jogging, cycling, cross trainer, swimming etc etc. 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
