Dear Lybrate user. Thanks for the question. I can understand. Even though SIZE, THICKNESS AND HARDNESS of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse, today many people are in search of medicines and other external application creams and oils to enhance the length of the penis. Penis length can be improved by using many medicinal and therapeutic methods. These are very useful and are effective. Take care.

I understand that ratio of plane crashed and flight took off are very less. But I have a great fear of this. Please suggest how can I get out of this?

You have a phobia, which is fear-based and will haunt you because you tend to exaggerate a normal stimulus and therefore there is also an abnormal reaction. You should never stop drugs prescribed by a doctor without his approval. The problem is not resolved, and all that you have done is shifted the phobia to another one. You will continue to do this until you resolve this completely. The ideal way would have been for you to have sought psychotherapy simultaneously with the medical treatment. You can still do this and combine the two to get you the best results, over time. Your mind, body and emotions are now susceptible to suggestions and you will tend to do a lot of lateral thinking to increase the threatening possibilities. You need to strengthen all three while learning to handle this fear. You will need to identify this fear as to its origin, the unhealthy pattern you have developed and the over-reaction to it. Yoga and meditation will go a long way to ease it for you. You must also do regular exercise, eat healthily, sleep well, and in therapy work with your emotions to develop balance and composure. You can also do some de-conditioning work while going through these frightful journeys with a strong parent-like figure and learn and develop the confidence and discernment that the reality is quite different from what you believe. The facts and the truth has to prevail, but like you said, you know all this but to actually experience it is like a learning lesson, and if it is repeated often enough it can completely dispel the phobia.

I am suffering from piles having fists stage please suggest me any treatment whiout operation.

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
In the majority of cases, piles resolve on their own without the need for any treatment. Treatments can help significantly reduce the discomfort and itching that many patients experience diet - piles can be caused by too much straining when doing bowel movements, which is the result of constipation. A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. This involves eating more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, and the patient may be advised to increase his/her water consumption. Some experts say too much caffeine is not good. Body weight - if the patient is obese, losing weight may help reduce the incidence and severity of hemorrhoids. Simple things you can do yourself to help prevent piles: try not to strain when you go to the toilet avoid laxatives exercis.

Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

7 Tips For Countless Calories

7 Tips For Countless Calories

Counting calories is one of the most popular ways of dietary management for weight management. It is not always easy to do when you're out or pressed for time, may be in a situation like dinner party, hiking, etc.
Here are some basic guidelines to follow when straight calorie counting is impractical.
1. Eat foods that are filling and low in calories. That means, as often as possible, your meals and snacks should include whole grains, such as brown rice, whole-wheat bread, and oatmeal, as well as legumes, such as lentils and other beans. And don't forget to fill at least half your plate with fruits and vegetables.
2. When you eat meat, cut out fat and cut down portion sizes. Choose lean cuts of meat and modest amounts about 3 or 4 ounces per serving (which is roughly the size of your palm).
3. Avoid fried foods. Frying foods adds fat and calories. For stove top cooking, it's better either to stir-fry foods in a non-stick pan lightly coated with a cooking-oil spray or to braise them in broth or wine. Baking, broiling, and roasting are also great options.
4. Choose low-fat or fat less dairy foods. Milk, yogurt, and cheese are good sources of protein and calcium, but the whole-milk versions of these dairy products are very high in fat.
5. Avoid fast foods. Hamburgers, chicken nuggets, french fries, and other fast-food staples tend to promote weight gain for two reasons. First, they are high in fat, calories, or both. Second, the" value meals" available at many fast-food chains are often excessively large and tempt you to overeat.
6. Avoid high-calorie, low-nutrient snacks. Chips and other deep-fried snacks are high in fat and therefore calories. But even snacks labelled" low-fat" are often high in calories because they contain large amounts of sugars and other carbohydrates.
7. Watch what you drink. Regular sodas, fruit juices, and, especially, alcoholic beverages are high in calories.
